Once again we received outstanding service. Schaafsma installed out system serveral years ago and has been trouble free. Due to a try at self maintenance on the a/c unit, more mechanical issues were created not only with the a/c but the furnace. Schaafsma came to the rescue, Drew Nearby was fantastic! I would give Drew and Schaafsma a 5 Star!

Their website did not work for scheduling a quote but when I contacted them regarding this they were very helpful in getting someone out to us right away. They obviously know their stuff when explaining what was worth doing and what wasn't. The installation was quick and professional. I plan to use Schaafsma again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with the crew that replaced our furnace, AC, water heater and thermostat. Very nice people to deal with and they did an outstanding job explaining the new equipment and cleaned up very nicely. Recommend - absolutely.

The customer service to assess my situation was prompt and professional.
Their contact and scheduling person provided me with answers to my questions and scheduling was matched to my availability.
The service technician called me to let me know when to expect his arrival and he was on time - as expected from the appointment.
He was careful with all items and equipment in my home and wore booties to cover his work boots. He evaluated my furnace, discovered the problem and did everything necessary to resolve the problem. Mark had a video recording of work completed and explained equipment issues. He was professional and pleasant. Thanks for the prompt and excellent service!
