Lukas Hill did a furnace tuneup at my home today. He was professional,knowledgeable and just a really nice young man. I appreciated his work as he was thorough and took the time to explain things to me overall, a great experience!

I had a routine furnace inspection after a clogged duct left some water in my furnace. The company reps were professional, helpful, and best of all, honest. They didn't try to upsell me on any BS or claim I needed products or services that I didn't. They showed up on-time, fixed the problem, charged a reasonable price, and left. Exactly how it should be. The Schaafsma guys provided excellent service, friendly and courteous.
We had an improved filter installed and the ducts cleaned and sealed. They even repaired some existing duct problems that no none caught before. They explained what they were doing as they went. We're very satisfied with their work.
After the duct sealing they provided clear before/after documentation so we could see the results. We will use this company again. Highly recommended.

The technician who came to inspect our air conditioner was on time, called when he was on the way, and was quick and efficient.

Jon Siegel was his name and he was very professional along with his partner. very thorough in their diagnosis and clearly explained what my problem was with the furnace.
