The gentlemen that came to my home and installed my new furnace and A/C were amazing!! They were friendly, professional, helpful, VERY INFORMATIVE! Brian made sure I knew EVERYTHING I needed to know before he left for the day. They were friendly to my animals and children, and made me feel safe leaving to go to work! Huge shout-out to Amanda for pointing the way. As well as Missy in the office and my salesman Greg! They made mountains move! And a big thanks to Drew for shutting off the gas and making sure we didn't get poisoned. Thank you all. ❤️

I was given a service window between 9am and 1pm. The tech, Zach, showed up promptly at 9 am. Very professional and quick. He didn't try to upsell me on thigs I didn't want but did diagnose all problems with my system and gave me quotes on future service. This was my first time working with schaafsma and I am very happy with them. I will absolutely become a regular customer.

I had Schaafsma install a new AC and later had them out for a safety inspection for rental certification. They were incredibly prompt, professional, thorough. 10/10 will use for any future needs.

Our furnace died on a Thursday. They had a repairman here on Friday. It turned out to be the heat exchanger. With supply chain issues and age of furnace, it was more practical to just replace the entire furnace. Spoke with one of their furnace people that evening, and since they still had all the measurements from last time, they were able to work us in the following Tuesday. The workmen were efficient and friendly. They put down runners to keep our place clean. The job went smoothly and we now have a new and improved Lennox furnace.

We sent a text referral thru their website. Within minutes we received a text message and they were able to help do a Lil diagnostic, we then ask for a tech to come out. We didn't think anyone would be out today. With in 15 minutes he was here. He's very good. Thank you for your speedy service and thank you Marv for all you did for us today. I will Def recommend you to my friends and family.

The technicians were perfectly… prompt, kind, and efficient. They explained the process and kept me updated on the progress. I enjoyed the before and after pictures they shared with me. Thanks for all you do!

Had an emergency gas leak and DTE came out to see the issue but only temporarily solved issue. Called Schaafsma and they immediately sent out a crew to help out. Brian and Andrew were polite and strait forward with the cost and the replacement parts and labor needed. They checked everything to make sure the issue was resolved. Would honestly recommend Schaafsma based on Brian’s and Andrews professional service while dealing with our issue. Thanks guys!

They were the only ones who would show up in the dead of winter 🥶 for less than an arm+leg pricing to diagnose our broken furnace, so that was a plus in their favor. They showed up when they said they would. And called ahead to say they were on the way, that was nice 👍. The original quote for repairs was way higher than we thought it would be, but then when the repairs were done, the actual price was much lower. That was a nice surprise 👍👍👍 The furnace fired right up and the house was warming up quickly so we were happy.

Although they tried to upsell (as expected) they weren't jerks about it and didn't press hard when we declined the extras. We would have taken it but we were already over budget.

Would definitely recommend them, hence the 5⭐ rating, and will certainly call them without hesitation for any future needs.

Oh, and the two different techs I interacted with were very thorough, super friendly and very patient with our many questions. So additional 👍👍👍 for that.

I got ahold of Shaafsma to get advice and direction for the heating and A/C system. Greg the salesperson outlined clearly the recommendations for our home as well as what the cost would be and how the rebate system works. We scheduled them and within two weeks Carl and his crew arrived and replaced our furnace and A/C unit. They worked efficiently and maintained a clean environment. Carl came out the second day by himself and tied up the loose ends. I am happy with the quality and efficiency of their work. They also took time to set things right which were done by the previous installers or homeowner. Price was reasonable and doable as well.
