Schaafsma Heating & Cooling

Came to give a quote for an AC replacement/install. Offered incentives that were only good 3 days from the date of the quote. When we told him that we would need at least 5 days to make this large financial decision and would like to know if they could extend the incentive he gave us a flat no. When I explained that we felt pressured and just needed a couple extra days he sent back a sarcastic email saying "I'm sorry I offered you incentives." We were actually going to use them if they would've just given us 2 more days. They lost out on 4000.00.

Cameron and Drew installed a replacement furnace and central air system at our home. Cam provided a comprehensive but understandable overview of the service and answered questions thoroughly. These units (Lennox) replaced a 22 year old Bryant system that served us well. We appreciate the professionalism and organization of all who helped us. Thank you team Schaafsma.

Very positive experience with Schaafsma, I had booked a while back and forgot my appt and they were very understanding, the gentleman that came out was fast and efficient with great feedback and tips for continued maintenance. First time ever having this done ( heating tune-up and fan cleaning). And I will return to them for future repairs/maintenance.

I was out of town when my furnace went down. They sent a technician out early the next day (I initially called after hours). Marv rapidly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They sent me multiple videos detailing exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it.
My wife told me he was very friendly. Great experience! Will use again!

We contracted Schaafsma for both our furnace diagnosis as well as the actual replacement work for our furnace heat exchanger. Both times they came out their associates were clean, friendly, professional, and very thorough.

They took the time to answer our questions and explain everything to us; the best part was that they actually took videos of the work they were doing and sent them to us so that we could review the job afterwards! I wish all contractors would do that.
