Haisma Heating & Cooling

Our furnace went out unexpectedly the day after Christmas and we called Haisma heating and cooling. Mark came out quickly and was able to detect and analyze the problem! He was very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. The sales guy Dave was just as polite and punctual. He didn’t try to push sales but gave us his best knowledge and made us make our own decision. The install crew worked quickly and efficiently and we didn’t even know they were here. They did a great job of installing and left no mess behind! Haisma worked diligently to make sure our needs were taken care of while keeping the customer happy and satisfied. We will definitely use and recommend again!

We just recently purchased our home knowing that we would need to install A/C. My wife saw an ad for Haisma on YouTube, and I gave them a call for a quote. The salesperson (Dave) came out to my house the same day and talked through all the options with me. He was professional and knowledgeable, and we decided to go with Haisma as the quote was over $1k less than the the others we had received for the same services. They did the install within the week, and the 2 technicians that did the install were on time, neat, and easy to talk with. They completed the work exactly as agreed. Our new A/C works great, and we will definitely refer them to our friends and family!

I called to have someone look at our anil air conditioner unit and the very friendly receptionist, Olivia, scheduled someone to come out that very afternoon. Quick service!

Mark Bolthouse came out from Haisma and was informative and thorough in his assessment of what was wrong with our air conditioner. He was quick in his work, and very friendly.

Our blower motor stopped working when we tried to run the AC. I wasn’t happy with our previous company so based on reviews I contacted Haisma. They came out the same day and found the issue almost immediately and repaired it. I also mention the previous company said I had a bad control board that would cost $900 to repair. Haisma looked at it and in 30 seconds noticed a wire was missing, installed it and fixed the issue. I am very happy with the service and knowledge and highly recommend Haisma.

I'm really disappointed with the service I got from Haisma. I scheduled an appointment with them, and they promised to take care of my ac. But guess what? They didn't bother showing up, leaving me waiting and wasting my time. And you know what's worse? When I called them to find out what happened, they had the nerve to blame me! They suggested that I must have messed up while scheduling the appointment, making it seem like it was my fault that they bailed on me. I strongly advise anyone thinking of using Haisma's services to think again. Save yourself the trouble and look for another company. Service Professor was out to do the repair the same day I called.

My mom owned the house before she passed it on to me when she passed away. She left me a list of all the repair/maintenance companies she had dealt with and trusted.. One of them was Bouwkamp (for furnace and A/C). Bouwkamp sent me a letter earlier this year letting me know they were merging with Haisma. So I called them to do a tuneup on my A/C for the summer. They did a great job and the cost was reasonable as well. Even before they applied the gift certificate they had sent me as well to announce their merger. When it comes time to upgrade, I'll call them as well.

Haisma was very quick to respond to my request for a quote. Dave came out the next day and did a great job with the quote - he was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and efficient. Trea and Derek came out the day after that, took out my old furnace and installed the new one. They were very friendly and efficient, and did a great job of explaining things to me. I went with Haisma instead of a competitor because they were immediately more knowledgeable, recognized and coordinated getting other issues (electrical) taken care of that the other company didn't even identify. Also, the quote from Haisma was significantly lower. I would highly recommend Haisma from this interaction.

My water heater broke and they were recommended by the guy I used to have who had retired. He said they were honest so I called and got an appointment quite quickly. John was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The price was very reasonable. I will use them again.

Haisma was amazing from my first call. They provided information about my current system and all of my options to solve my issues. I never once felt pressured to make a decision one way or another, they just truly consulted me on my situation and gave me all the information so I could make an informed decision. From the original service/sales call to the final steps of the installation, they were professional and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend Haisma.
