Haisma Heating & Cooling

We had an issue with our HVAC system so we called Haisma which had a sticker on our furnace. They had a technician out to our site in hours and took care of the issue. They were responsive, polite, and did a wonderful job. There are a lot of heating and cooling companies in GR but I wouldn't use anyone but Haisma Heating & Cooling in the future!

I first used Haisma to install new AC at my commercial property. It was a great experience from start to completion and very professional work at a competitive price. I called them again recently regarding my furnace which they did not install, I wish they had, and they showed up same day I called, took care of the issue in short time and suggested helpful improvements to make everything more efficient. Top marks for service and price.

Outstanding, timely service on our heating, cooling and whole house fan. I'd recommend this firm to anyone who wants very reliable work on anything A/C and heating in their home. They also expertly installed a mini-split that works perfectly.

I wanted to let you know that Witni was so helpful. She talked me through a couple of things I could do at home and then she got a technician out to me within a half hour same day. The technician happened to be her husband Mark. Mark was amazing as well. He fixed my furnace and even provided a tune up for me that I had scheduled in October. I always get great service with Haisma. You have great employees:).

Called with a furnace issue. A serviceman was there within 30 minutes. Found the issue in 10 minutes and was finished in less than 30. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very professional.

I called after waking up to no heat. Mark came after only 40 minutes. Turns out some how my cats turned my furnace off. No other explanation and we could see cat prints on the furnace. Mark cleaned up some parts in the furnace for me and we both had a good laugh! Thank you again Mark for coming so quick and being such a nice guy!

Called in the afternoon. Came out right away. Repaired the problem and cleaned the area of water. Job well done.

My furnace went out the day before I was leaving for vacation. I called Haisma, and Derek was able to come repair the furnace that same day. He was very friendly and helpful, explaining what he was doing so that I would have a better understanding of the issue and solution. As untimely and unfortunate as HVAC issues are, I knew I was in good hands with Haisma and Derek got my system back up and running in no time!

Have started using Haisma after moving into a home that had had the furnace and ac installed by them prior to my ownership. Have been working closely with them on the Amana/Goodman recall and have received prompt and professional service each time I have used them. Great communication, show up on time, and knowledgeable staff is what I have experienced every time. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family when I can.

They did a recall on my furnace system that they did not install lasko did not ever contact us to help. We will use Haisma
