Exceptional company! Called about a new water heater at noon, and had a new one installed by 4pm same day! From the first phone call for service to the installation, everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. Prompt, professional, & personable service and I appreciate that they don’t try to upsell you on unnecessary services or product. Watched many videos that said the capacitor is almost always the issue and is a simple 20 ish dollar repair. I presumed this was probably my problem as well, but thought no, a professional should come out and give a proper assessment and make that educated judgment himself.

I chose this place because they implied the diagnosis fee of 79 would be cut in half if it took less than a half an hour to diagnose. Its very possible i misunderstood.

The tech showed up earlier than expected and was cordial although never asked about removing his footwear or wearing those covers as most places do but certainly not worth the fuss, he's there to give us relief following our 1st 90 degree day of the year. He finished in about 15 minutes tops. Already repaired and everything. Never actually asked if i wanted him to, but the cool air was working again. Asked him what he fixed and said the capacitor was bad. Damage was 240 something. Now I'm not really bothered by the money. More so the total time it took him and not giving me an option to deny repair. He was there to diagnose only. Then discuss repair options. Maybe some self care tips. Or so i thought. So I sorta felt taken advantage of. I of course don't want to make him undo what he already did. Just felt weird not given the option. So i paid and he left.

And obviously the simple DIY repair could save some people money seeming how its a super common problem with central air units.

Hindsight, If i wanted to save, i could've tried the DIY option 1st and if that still didn't fix it. Call this place. Cause regardless of how much they charge, and this one nice technician, they got the job done in a timely fashion. I just expected a bit more in the communication/self care department. I would recommend despite the lower rating.

Derek, Trea and Scott are professional, polite and thorough. Haisma installed a furnace in our home two years ago and this year we added an air conditioning unit. Very satisfied with the price, the installation and appointment availability. I would recommend Haisma Heating and Cooling for your heating and cooling needs.

Easy to deal with. Installation on new furnace went quickly with them informing me of the process and how to install new filter.
With previous service calls, they were able to get to me quickly. Work was done for a reasonable charge.

2nd Update: Haisma was able to send someone out right away and fix the issues. The person was very friendly and did the repairs quickly. He definitely provided good service.
Update: After only 2 years, the geothermal system has gone out. In the middle of January. I expected this to last much much longer.
On top of that, its almost impossible to find filters that fit the heating unit and its very awkwardly placed. I wish we had done more research on the type of geothermal system that was being installed.

We had a brand new geothermal system and ductwork installed. They did a decent job. The project took a bit longer than expected but still got done pretty quickly. They made sure to keep in contact with updates throughout the process which I appreciate. If there were any issues they made sure to correct it in a timely manner.

Haisma was absolutely fantastic! We had no heat this morning, called around 8 and a tech was here at 9 am. Ethan was wonderful, great customer service!! Will definitely recommend Haisma to anyone with heating or cooling issues. A great company filled with great people!
