Furnace stopped working, they were able to come within half hour to check and another mad came a little later to do an estimate. They were fast, professional and gave options. Happy we went with Haisma

Haisma Heating & Cooling installed a new humidifier on my existing furnace and cleaned and checked over the furnace before winter. They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable, considerate of my home and family and held to their estimate.

I am very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. From the owners, to the staff, it shows that they know what they are talking about and care very much about doing right by their customers. I already have recommended them to family members and friends.

Summer time started early in West Michigan I pulled the cover off the unit out side and set the house temperature dial to cool and all we got was a fan sound not the normal start up sound from my furnace. I gave these guys a call and the parts guy was super helpful and gave me a few things to look at and try . I had told him I was a DIY kinda person and I relayed the model and serial number . Even though our unit was 25 years old they had the parts on hand . An hour or so later had them installed and had a happy wife . Thanks Haisma Heating and Cooling. 😀

Did very good job. Technician was extremely nice. Explained what he would need to do. Originally was only scheduled to quote. However he ended up doing the job and came in under quote. Would use this company again.
