Excellent service, fair price, and good communication. The service technician (Derek) was extremely friendly, helped explain his work to me, and didn’t upsell me at all which I appreciate. I will be going to Haisma for all my heating & cooling needs and would recommend them to anyone else.

We appreciated that he put on protective shoe covers while in our house. He answered all of our questions and gave a clear explanation of what he was servicing. We have been with Haisma Heating & Cooling for over 25 years. We are a loyal customer and they are a loyal service provider for our home. During our annual service check they found a crack in our heat exchange ... not good news. This furnace came with our home, and it was over 18 years old.

The team at Haisma quickly responded to our need for a new furnace. This was not an easy task and required some real hustle from Haisma and their team. Well, they pulled it off and accomplished an install that same day.

The Haisma technician did a very good job diagnosing and fixing my AC problem. He explained what he was doing any why in such a way that I could both recognize and address future problems.
