Fantastic Service. Needed to replace my current furnace and they came out on the next Business Day and within 2 weeks my brand new furnace was installed. Pleased with my service call yesterday. Was really wanting to know if my AC unit was up to par. Alex answered all of my questions very well. When I told him I thought he was good at what he did, I asked for his name so that if I had further problems I could talk to him. He said to me “You don’t really need me all the time. All the men I work with are top notch.” What a team player! Speaks volumes for Haisma Heating & Cooling.

I had three HVAC companies come out to give me estimates on replacing my furnace and AC unit because my furnace stopped working and my AC unit was very old. Two of the companies started out telling me all the things that were wrong with my current system and how they needed to make adjustments/upgrade things to make it right. Haisma sent out Mark B. and the first thing he did was fix the original problem I had with my furnace and than he gave me a no pressure estimate on replacing my AC and furnace. I felt he was very knowledgeable and most importantly to me honest! Haisma ended up installing both units and the installation guys were great! Replacing your AC and heating units can be a very stressful experience because it is a major expense and there is that fear of paying to much or even worst getting ripped off. I went with Haisma Heating and Cooling because I felt they were fair, honest and very professional.

When we decided to replace our old furnace at the coldest time of the winter, Haisma heating and cooling was able install a new furnace the next day (our old furnace was still working enough to get by). The installer's were polite, knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and explaining how the new thermostat is programmed (even offering to program it for us), quick, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Would heartily recommend them to any of our friends and relatives ( even strangers).

Excellent heating and cooling company! I highly recommend Haisma Heating and Cooling! The technician that came to our house, John, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the vent motor, cleaned the blower wheel and our system was back up and running. John took extra time to reset the thermostat and waited for the temperature to increase before leaving. I HIGHLY recommend Haisma Heating and Cooling!

Haisma Heating &Cooling is great. We have had a new AC/Furnace/and water heater over the last three years replaced by them and the service is great! Julie in the office cares about the service and is a big reason why if you ever have a concern she gets the right people to take care of it. Alex has installed and done yearly maintenance for us on everything and even remembers installing my parents furnace. Said he remembers hearing from my mother about my father passing and said his condolences today when servicing the AC. This is a company that cares about its customers and remembers their customers. You want Haisma if you want a personal customer experience that feels more like a trusted friend who won’t let you down. Can’t say enough great things about everyone I’ve interacted with at this company!!

Great people. Installed a new furnace, water heater and range while we were converting to natural gas.
The installation was completed all in one day and the crew performing the work were very helpful with information on the appliances. They were sure to clean up after they were done and very professional and friendly. Everything is working great. We plan on building a new home a few years down the road and we will call Haisma for all of our heating and cooling needs. Great Job!

Haisma installed a great new system for us. Pricing was competitive, crew was friendly and professional. Our install required some electrical changes. Haisma coordinated with the electrician to get the our whole install done in one day.
