Haisma was fast and efficient. Really appreciate the salesman keeping things quick yet informative. Do yourself a favor and get your quote from them first. They came in at a third of the price of another local company. We have been very happy with the furnace so far, it’s been a few months. Highly recommend!

Haisma is always very fast and professional. Our hot water heater went out and they were right there to replace it. We could not have asked for better or more efficient service. The technicians are always very friendly and extremely professional.

Haisma Heating and Cooling was able to squeeze us in to a very busy and over scheduled day. Woke up to a 58° house and no furnace running. Mark came out within 90 minutes of my call for help and was able to diagnose the problem in a few minutes. After weighing the price of repair;if parts were even available,we decided a new furnace was in order. Haisma salesperson Dave was here and discussed our options within 90 minutes! He even brought us 2 space
heaters to use (and set them up)until we get heat back. Both gentlemen were courteous and friendly. The office staff was quick to return my call and get us on the schedule.

They were able to get me in very quickly and John was very knowledgeable.

John was super professional and educational. Since I've lived in my house, I have never had my A/C unit looked at, so figured it was about time for a tune up and was aware that it probably needed extra. John was very informative about all the steps he was taking and made me feel super comfortable not knowing anything about A/C.

I have had really terrible experiences with companies as of late, either not showing up, not communicating, or not executing the job as promised. Haisma restored some faith in the service industry. Thank you!

Everyone was professional. I first had a service on my unit and the tech said I would need a new unit soon. My original unit was 28 yo! I was shocked at his honesty. Because of that and also Haisma had some deals going on, I had Dave come out and give a quote. He was able to give me an even better deal so I decided to go ahead and do the install now rather than wait for possible spring delays. The install went smooth and the guys were awesome. I would recommend then again and hope to use them for service in the future

Derek the service technician was great. He arrived on time, greeted our dogs who had to say hello, and when to work on our furnace. When I called I explained two issues we had and also needed to PM the furnace for the winter. He had all the parts needed for the repairs and also brought a box of the new ESP filters. The company is good to work with and are prompt along with professional.

I was so glad I got a second opinion on an expensive buy, and found out I did not need to get it.
