Derek and Trey were professional and courteous as they installed our air intakes and they answered all questions they were asked. The entire experience with Haisma was good and we appreciated the short turn around from our consult appointment.

Out of 6 different companies that quoted me on putting a new air conditioning system into my house, Haisma was the best choice. Out of the 6, Dave was the only person who seemed concerned about how we use the air conditioning for our health (allergies). Also, the only company that actually measured the house inside and out to make sure you have the proper unit. In addition to all that, he wasn't pushy at all and walked around our house and explained things in detail that made sense. He also answered my phone calls and questions in a timely manner.

The crew that Haisma sent out was very informative and answered our questions. They worked a whole day at our house and did a stand up job. They left the work site clean at the end of the day and walked through the instructions of our air conditioner with us.

This was my fall tune up and change of humidifier pad under my maintenance agreement with Haisma Heating. The technician was on time and completed all work needed. He was very professional and helpful in programming my thermostat.

Furnace repair was called in via phone and appointment was enabled in just a few days by my choice. Work was done in less than an hour. Text message update to when technician would arrive was a nice touch.

We have used them twice in the last six months. Both times the inside staff as well as the service technicians were friendly, responsive and fixed our issue promptly.
Will definitely be using them again!
