Marv was great. I was freezing cold and he was able to come out right away and found a solution within an hour. He knows his stuff, and didn't push a bunch of sales nonsense that we've experienced with other companies. He took the time to educate me on how the furnace worked and what needs to be fixed, which I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend Marv with Shaafsma!

My heat stopped working in the dead of winter, and Schaafsma was onsite within 30 minutes fixing my furnace to make sure everything was working correctly. Our serviceman Drew was kind, knowledgeable and had my heat back on in no time! I would highly recommend their services.

My schedule can be crazy and I really appreciate the whole team. Everyone there from the office staff who find me the appointment that I want to the professional technicians who show up on time all instill confidence that they have the expertise that my home needs.

Dustin and Erick cleaned our ducts today and were very professional as far as going through the process step by step. They took video of the process and were able to view how clean everything was inside our ductwork. They were also careful of our property and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly and highly recommend them!

Mark was my technician and I was very pleased. He was on time, friendly and explained things well. He was also neat, covering his shoes upon entering my home and cleaning up and shutting off things as he left. I feel this heating and humidifier maintenance is a good value for a good price.
