I had a local company come to look at my furnace because it was short-cycling. The technician said I needed a new furnace after a quick inspection, and he showed me what he said was damage due to my furnace being too large for my home. My furnace was only 5 years old. I called Schaafsma and they sent David. After a much more thorough examination, the repair was made and he told me that my furnace was fine. I watched both technicians ply their trade, and David was clearly more skilled.
