Schaafsma Heating & Cooling

I had a routine maintenance appointment scheduled. Schaafsma contacted prior to visit inform who the tech would be as well as a photo of said tech. Great safety! I appreciate that. Mark arrived on time with a friendly attitude. He explained the service he did as well as address any questions I had.

My experience at Schaafsma was incredible. Michelle who scheduled my first appointment was super friendly and helpful getting me scheduled as soon as she can to have my AC looked at. Aaron was the first tech who came to inspect my AC unit. I asked him if it was ok if he explained the issue to me as this is my first home I owned I wanted to learn. He was super informative. Aaron called multiple places to get the parts he needed. Zak was the tech that came a week later (due to the 4th of July holiday I thought that was super fast!) and he was also friendly and helpful.
Thank you Schaafsma for providing outstanding customer service and communication! Those are two things a lot of companies have lost track of, and I’m glad your company hasn’t!

This was a very positive experience from beginning to end. It was a pleasure working with the staff on the phone initially, and then having Josh here to do the work in such a professional manner. Josh called me during the scheduled time frame for the maintenance work, showed up promptly, and went right to work. He did a very thorough checkout and educated me on the status of my system and what needs to happen next. It was great having Josh at our house. We could not be more pleased.

I really recommend them for all your HVAC needs. They installed my central air and furnace system in such a timely manner. Their staff are very knowledgeable, work hard and efficiently get the job done. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with their service.

Love the Bryant mini-split. I bought it for better A/C, the heat pump is a major bonus! Schaafsma's service is the best, they really care about the customer!

Update: 4/2023 - had a preventive maintenance call done, they were very, very thorough. I recommend the service agreement if you buy a system.

We have a service contract with this company. This is the second time Mark has shown up to do the servicing of our equipment. Mark does a great job. He is knowledgeable, courteous, fast, clean, and friendly. I would recommend this business and especially Mark. Good representative for his company.

Both guys that did the job were on time, professional and very thorough in their job. Highly recommend them!

Our furnace went out so no air conditioning and the temperature was going to be in the 90’s. Our almost 95 year mother is with us and my husband and I are seniors too. Service came out and said we needed a new furnace as the price to repair was too high and he could not guarantee how long the repair would hold due to the age of the furnace.

Sales was out that afternoon, ordered the furnace, and set up an installation appointment for after hours on Monday and Tuesday as there regular installations were out a couple of weeks. Jason and Teague to the rescue. They removed the old and installed the new furnace in one night. We had air before the temperature hit the 90’s. They were awesome and cleaned up everything. Thank you so much.
