After diagnosing the issue, I ordered the necessary part, plus an extra drain pump, as we had the washer apart. The Customer Service rep was very short and not professional. The parts came on time, but one part required a second part to properly mount it.
The second time I called, the call was cutoff after a 20 minute call-I tried again 4 times as well as chat-nothing went through.
The next day-the guy sounded like he was hungover or just rolled out of bed-after describing the necessary part, they processed my order. He said the part I ordered was updated and required a new part ( should it have been linked to the second part or highlighted to inform the customer??)
I just got the “new” part, it is completely wrong.

The Repair Clinic videos are great, but the service is severely lacking if you need parts!!!

Great info on every video. Fixed my
Samsung dryer with their help, and now I'm gonna fix my LG dishwasher.
Thanks guys! 👍👍👊

Ordered part for over $200 because they said would be delivered within 2-3 days. For the last 4 days it’s been in Canton, MI and Customer service just tells you another team is looking into it and will contact you. So I wait over 24 hrs later to call back and be told the team is looking into it and will contact you within 24 hrs from now. They supposedly shipped through FedEx but FedEx only says a label has been created because they haven’t received it yet. I will now have to find another company to order the same part from to fix a furnace because this company obviously doesn’t know what’s going on or what happens to the parts they sell. The first woman I spoke to said shipping would take 3-7 business days which is not what the website said when I selected the shipping. I would have never even ordered it from this company if I knew it would be longer than what the website said. FedEx website still says delivery pending will update when package is received. Such a terrible and unreliable company.

On 7/13/17 I replaced my rear tub with bearings with parts from Repair Clinic. $200 part and you have to take the whole machine apart down to the frame. The Repair Clinic rear tub/bearings only lasted 2 years (7/3/19) before it failed. Tub/bearings lasted 13+ years on my original machine. The tub also came with a broken shock. So Repair Clinic said they'd waive shipping on the new replacement $200 tub part. I asked them to contact the supplier. Bearings should last about 10 years. I'm only doing one person's laundry. They refused. OK so that's bad enough. When I received the new tub, again, the same rear shock was broken on that second tub too.
Also I had 2 weeks prior to 7/3/19, replaced a heater I bought from them. The original heater had lasted 15+ years. This replacement heater worked fine for 2 weeks. When pulling the machine apart to replace those bearings again, my little lady fingers pulled off the 90 degree flipper type wire connector when pulling the heater out. The flimsy metal broke. Now I had many times pulled out the old heater to work on the machine. The original OEM heater had never broke. It merely failed from old age.
So I ordered a new heater with the new tub bearings. They did waive shipping. Wowee. Repair Clinic threw the new heater with those delicate connectors in a big box with no wrapping or padding and I received it just as you see in pic. Baling wire tag was a nice touch. That's way too delicate a part to just throw in a oversized box with a bunch of other parts. Remember their last heater part was 2 weeks old but so delicate I snapped the connector off with my little fingers.
Talked to Ray who mansplained to me talking to me very slowly that unless I had proof the heater part was defective he would do nothing. I asked him how he would like to have his delicate electrical parts shipped in that sloppy manner but he didn't care. I pointed out that since the prior heater from them was so defective you could break it with a finger and the bearings on my prior tub failed in 2 years, that I had no confidence in that heater considering how he shipped it loose in a box with other parts. Ray said that was too bad and he was sorry if LG parts didn't last. Advised me to install the machine together and see if it works. If the heater didn't work he'd replace it. Now realize this is no easy part to replace on a LG washer. It's not a cheap part either. Replacement requires taking off the front end including the entire door. If he didn't want to replace, why not just send me a pick up label and let me return it and I'd buy the heater elsewhere.
These are cheap parts but expensive prices. Doubt they are OEM from LG in that they are so delicate (heater) and and they fail so fast (bearings.) My original bearings lasted over 13+ years and my original heater lasted longer.
Going forward I will avoid these people. No ethics, and no pride in their work. Misogynistic too.

Attempted to chat or call with someone regarding an incorrect part being sent. The chat agent, Joel, ended our chat midway though the process with zero help and zero resolution. All we were looking to do was send the piece back for a refund.

Repairclinic makes absolutely outstanding quality how-to videos. Their attention to details & ability to make even complicated tasks seem easy is so impressive. I highly recommend finding, liking, and following them on YouTube as I have.

Never use this company’s services. They have the worst customer service and do not meet stated expectations when ordering parts. They might advertise the cheapest parts but your parts will not arrive or they’ll arrive significantly later than expected 😠

Very lucky we have Repair Clinic local.
Great place to find what you need to fix your appliances.

Prices cheaper than getting a new appliance, easy to follow guides

I ordered a fan motor on 5/20. It’s been delayed already, claiming the part would be shipped by 6/7 at the latest. It is now 6/8 and we have received no update whatsoever; Not for a shipping confirmation or even *another* delay.

I’ve called several times and emailed with no response to either form of communication.

At this rate I would have been far better off paying an HVAC technician the $2,000 they wanted instead of trying to buy this $200 part.

Definitely would not recommend using this company.
