Thank you for your YouTube channel. Had an incident last night with my washer not draining and doing the spin last rinse cycle at 11pm. Tub full of water. After watching the video.. issue was the lid switch was not closing the switch. This is a safety concern. Pressing down harder on the lid, all good. Will adjust the closure of the switch. Thanks so much for posting the videos.

Use this company with caution. My air filters took over 4 weeks to arrive, so we had already found another solution. I attempted to mail back for refund. The $69 for two filters cost $43 to ship (due to box size) and I just got an email from them that my refund is only $58. So basically they earned money from me and provided zero service. I will never do business with this company. Who doesn’t provide free return shipping? So upset.

I have been a regular customer of Repair Clinic and did never face any issue with my purchases. Had to exchange a few items at times because I didn’t have an idea on the correct size and even replacement was super smooth. Would like to thank these guys for making our life so easy!

I tried to find the right part for a stove cooktop and searched by model number. It popped up with three cooktops all compatible with my model number. None of the parts had description of color or pictures or anything to tell them apart. I contacted customer service and they kept saying they needed more information. I gave them the specific part number and asked them to tell me just what color it is and they kept saying they couldn't.

Posting pictures of the items or better descriptions would be helpful. Also training customer service staff to be able to narrow it down and find basic information such as color would be good.

Parts I received were obviously used - scratched, opened packaging, and broken parts. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Ordered clothes washer part online and they shipped it the same day. Authentic parts at genuine rates! I found them trustworthy. Must try once!

This company is a complete and total scam. My suggestion is to not use this website. We ordered a piece for our washer. Pretty instantaneously, we realized we ordered the wrong item. I looked at their return policy. They allow returns, which I thought was perfect. We received the part, I packed it up and sent it back. I then receive an email stating that I won't be getting a refund, because the part is used. Why is it used? I certainly didn't use it. I didn't even unpack it. One of two things happened. Either they sent me a used part to begin with, or they are lying to me. No matter which it is, I am now unable to get my money back. Thank you Repair Clinic for stealing $125 from me. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I will continue to let everyone know that you are thieves.

I gave this company a one star because no stars was not an option. I ordered a $55.00 carburetor and added a $9.00 filter. Freight of $12.00 was intended for both items. I then get a notice that the carburetor is not available, the filter gets shipped and I get billed the $12.00 shipping for a $9.00 filter. I call their customer service and after 35 minutes on hold I have to hang up. I call a second time and I am on hold for 47 minutes and finally get someone who can barley speak English. After much befuddling conversation in which I had a very hard time understanding, I was then informed that "they do not refund shipping". I will not do business with this company ever again and urge anyone to do the same.
