Buyer Beware
Company’s website said this was the part, I ordered it. The part was not correct. They will refund your money only after you pay to return the part. $14. Don’t argue, they don’t care.
As you can see the part they sent me was not correct.

We ordered a part for our air conditioner the part arrived it was the wrong board from what we ordered, so they sent us out what was Suppose to be the right board but we received the same wrong board. Now they won't return the item even though we sent it in the same packaging and the item was never installed they are refusing to send the item back to us or give us a refund. Do not ever buy from this company you will regret it.

Ordered a Control Board for a 16 year old Bryant HVAC combo unit. Triple checked the updated part number and photo to the old one. Part shipped quickly, was the exact part with PCB standoffs. Installed and I have a working furnace. I'd purchase from them again.

Utilized a video tutorial to replace the carb on an existing lawnmower and it was perfect. Simply, easy, and thorough. It made this project for me a lot easier! My only recommendation would be to mention the size socket, wrench, or specify what tool would be most helpful for those who aren't familiar with tools.

WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!

I placed an order thinking this was a the best deal. It's 105 in Texas and my AC motor is out. I figured ored the part my brother can repair it. I order the part June 30...thinking the part would make it here overnight. Paid overnight shipment. Whats one day, this has turned into a NIGHTMARE!!!

Here it is July 7 and my home is 85 degrees with my 70 year mother living here. Order has been placed a
secontime, this time FEDEX tracking said, it would be delivered July 6 by 8pm. First time FEDEX states the package was empty when it arrived in Memphis, TN. Worst service I have ever received in my 40 years.

Check their BBB rating, We tried and after 25 min on hold we got hung up on. The woman laughed at us as well. I will be disputing the payment with my bank. You over charge 4x the price while still making me pay shipping. They don't let you cancel orders either. Just use amazon. Disgusting business practices. You can't get a refund and if you cancel an order you get a hassle and personal insults while still paying for shipping. You would of been smart to not respond to my review. Like I said check their BBB rating. Look at their other reviews on google as well.

Ordered a part, came damaged, been trying to call for days and left on hold for VERY LONG periods and the chat option never answers. Just want to return the damaged part.

I needed a refrigerator door light switch. After an internet search, the Repair Clinic seemed the most legitimate source, and, bonus, it is a local company. I ordered the part online and picked it up in person the following day. Installation was pretty easy and the part worked!

A couple of notes:

- I had no idea such a business exists: 3+ million parts available to repair appliances, etc., with user manuals, videos, and tips. Good idea to check here and on YouTube before calling a repair person.

- When I didn't receive a confirmation email saying the part was ready for pickup the next day, I called to confirm the part was actually available and ready for pickup. The employee who answered the phone did not inspire a lot of confidence. It didn't sound like there's a system showing my order was processed and fulfilled. But he said it should be ready. Given my schedule, I decided to go for it and it worked out.

- The price was quite a bit higher than others in the search results, but I felt this company was legitimate. My chances of getting the proper part, if one existed, seemed higher.

Pleased to be able to do business here. The staff is helpful and will do their best to locate information or parts for you. 1 year return policy and returns can be done by phone number or email address as well. Usually fair pricing all things considered although lower prices can sometimes be found. Price matching offered but difficult to qualify for due to the long return time. Nice to be able to get all the available parts you might need and return unused items for full refund allowing for at most two trips there. Open late and weekends making them convenient. Online videos and help as well.

Stay away form this company. If I could give no stars, I would. I order a part for my furnace. I never received the part. It appears that FedEx lost the shipment. After several days, I requested they send a replacement part - my house is cold. They refused. Not only did they refuse, they were very rude on the phone and in live chat (drop call and chat). They say my issue was with FedEx. I did not order the part from FedEx, I ordered from Repair Clinic. I will now contact my credit card company and block payment. Meanwhile, my house is still cold. Placing an order with another company.

See owner's reply. How did they reach out to FedEx if they don't know my order number. I have already disputed the CC charge with discover and place an order with a better supplier. They missed the opportunity to make this right 5 days ago.
