I’ve used RepairClinic on two repairs now. First our dryer stopped heating. Replaced two parts and it’s been working great for over 13 months (so far!). Second repair was today. The control board on our refrigerator failed after a power outage. $164 later our fridge is working again! Both of these repairs would have resulted in replacing these appliances had I paid a repair person for the job. The labor and parts rate from repair companies would be too much to justify repairing old equipment. But thanks to RepairClinic I was able to fix both of these appliances cheaply and easily.

I can’t say enough great things! Their support is friendly and helpful, their videos are AWESOME with step-by-step instructions, and their website is easy to use.

One word. Incredible!
First of all, they know their products extremly well.
Second, the narrator speaks at a very good pace.
Step by step procedures are very easy to follow.

Why bother having a ship out guarantee if you don't even stand by it? Policy claims they would ship out on the same day if purchased before 8PM or shipping will be refunded.
The part was purchased in the afternoon with overnight shipping, but was shipped out the next day, and picked up the day after.

They don't even answer their e-mail, and live chat wait times are lengthy.

Finally got through to someone via chat, asked for a shipping refund, as per their policy, they shifted the blame to the courier and made vague excuses claiming that it was shipped on time to weasel their way out of any responsibilities.

To add insult to injury, the "brand new" item arrived in an intact shipper, but factory packaging box was crushed and already opened with a torn inner bag.

Helped me with my kitchen cleaning by effectively explaining different parts of the kitchen I hadn’t thought to look at.

I watched their video on replacing the rubber splash guard for a Kitchenaid disposal. It was very clearly done and covered everything I needed to know. I was able to successfully change it thanks to their video.

Great web site for locating, saving and ordering. Competitive low prices and got two day shipping with Sat delivery for $9.99 standard. The Fridge handles were packed to perfection and arrived in mint condition, unlike APP.

What an amazing, step by step guide these guys have created! I was reluctant to fix my dishwasher because I never get it right the first time. Their simple to follow video made me look like I knew what I was doing and within 20 minutes, fixed my appliance!

We ordered a inducer motor. I was not delivered on time (3 days late) even when we paid for next day freight, but weather was probably an issue... Understandable. One star was given because the part was damaged and we haven't heard back from Repair Clinic as to how they can resolve this issue. We probably jumped the gun on this order, seeing that we paid twice as much for the part as we have in the past. Repair Clinic popped up first on google, I'll scroll down next time.

I have gotten replacement parts before from the Repair Clinic, so they are my GO TO for a problem. My furnace was not heating. I watched their diagnostic video, cleaned the flame sensor, & WE HAVE HEAT! I love this place.
