Wow! Best ever! Broan range blower went out on me on a Thursday. I knew the part I needed, ordered on the website, feature on website confirmed my part number for my model. Ordered at 3PM on Thursday. Got back from the gym at 1:15 on the next day, Friday, and box at my door! Unboxed, and had it installed by 1:30! Amazing! Thank you Repair Clinic!

Other good stuff to note, part was at least &
$100 cheaper than most other sources, and I only paid $10 for shipping!

I like that they have repair videos on line. Problem is they are very very ..... very slow in shipping. 2 weeks for 1 part 1 month for the second. I talked with them they were nice. But you try to go without heat got a month in December/ January. I will find a better site in the future. Sorry to long on shipping. Try ups instead of fed ex.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a door gasket for a freezer the beginning of December and now in May they want to double charge me for the part after numerous delayed shipping emails. Canceled order and won't ever do business with them again.

Thanks guys for all I needed to know regarding zero 240v output from the socket...got to check the brushes(they were fine) and other bits...needed to "flash" the system...all done and now working fine...BIG HELLO from South East London!!! 7th March 2023

This is becoming the worst parts company to deal with. Never could get a hold of them on the phone and now online agents take forever and don't help solve anything. I do MOST of my business through these guys and that may change soon. I shouldn't have to spend hours on the phone trying to track down the reason why you guys didn't refund my parts from 4 months ago or call in to give you a model and serial number to get a refund on a part you sent that was clearly damaged before it even left your facility. Also, If I order parts to have on stock I should not have to give you a model and serial number for a part.

Used the " Furnace not Heating - Furnace TroubleShooting" video to troubleshoot my Goodman furnace not heating. Found that the pressure switch was stuck open. Verified the switch was faulty with my multimeter checking for continuity while under pressure. No continuity. Ordered a new switch for overnight delivery from a different supplier and installed it. Now my furnace is back in operation and saved myself a service charge. Thanks for creating this video.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I did a live chat to discuss a return for my order, and the representative was short and rude. From someone who has worked in customer service for over a decade, I found they way they spoke to me to be completely unprofessional. Definitely will not be ordering from this company again.

Unsure about their part service but the online tutorials that this company put out are clear, concise and it gets the job done.

Replaced a LG front door boot seal easily saving my family $$$. Thanks again and keep up the tutorials :)

Ordered and paid for part, received an email today saying the price had increased from $1189 to $2423 and they would not honor the posted price. Manufacturer sells the part for $1300. Not sure if I will use Repair Clinic in the future.
