Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning were excellent. Willing to answer any question and offered answers to questions I did not even know I had. Set up system and walked me though app. They made sure I was comfortable with the system when they left. Highly recommend Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning.

Never go with this company had terrible experience with them in December 2022, I had an issue with the furnace where it isn't blowing hot air. The technician came and looked at it and said control panel has to be replaced, so he got the part which costs about $360 and that didn't fix the issue, later he said it has to be issue with gas Value which costs about $225 and replaced it and that didn't fix the issue either and he went on and changed ignitor($98) and flame sensor($20) and that even didn't fix it. He worked on it for about 4 days and we are left with no heat in out house during Dec 2022. At the end he gave up and said he isn't able to identify the issue. But Nicholson guys made me to pay for the Jobs without even fixing it. Then I went with Family Heating and Cooling company who came and identified that one of the wire that's related to flaming sensor isn't connected in control panel and connected it and it all started to work. So all these time he wasn't able to identify that thing and he went on replacing other parts, which costed me about ($795 parts plus labor). So never go with this company they don't know what they are doing, at least nothing with furnace. I found Family Heating and Cooling guys very genuine with pricing and well experienced. If I would have found out these guys the issue would have been resolved with just control panel replacement($360) plus $100 for service fee. Job ID's: 380161, 369492.

I have reaching out to them for refund and its been more than a few month now without proper response, there manger seems to be very busy where he almost never responds and one time after about 20 plus phone calls he connected with me and I had to explain everything again to him even thought I send them in the email along with all invoices that I had payed for. And he never responded later on. Still waiting hoping if they do the right thing .

Probably this might be the first result you get when you search for heating and cooling company, But please please save your money and go for another company. This company is of all scams, where they don't really have professional or expert workers. They have made me pay a bunch of money about $700 which didn't even fix the issue and later when I reached out for refund, they never respond with proper answer and they haven't refunded a penny so far. I had their service in Dec 2022 and I'm trying to get the refund till today and wrote this review after holding off for about 2 months to see if they can make it right. So please believe me and go for another Company. Please Please don't make the mistake I have done. I Hope at least someone else will not fall to same scam.

He was quick to respond. He spent a lot of time looking at my heater in detail and explained what he was checking. It was refreshing to have a positive HVAC contractor experience. I will definitely use them again!

Our air conditioner was about to fail, and after meeting with several companies, we chose Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning to replace it. The first place we called only stayed 15 minutes, but James took the time to explain what we could do to fix our AC or how much a new AC would cost. Our air conditioner broke down the following week, and the Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning team scheduled us for the first available installation. On install day, they did an excellent job of keeping me informed and cleaning up the mess before leaving. Another technician came by a few days later to check on the system. Overall, a fantastic experience!!

Expert knowledge and professionalism shown by the team at every step was of a very high standard. The installation team were punctual, friendly, tidy, with great communication. Very impressed. Will hire Conway Electric again for future projects.

Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning's entire staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kyle inspected our very old existing equipment thoroughly and presented us with three different proposals for a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. The installation team, were exceptional! All of that work was completed in one day, and it was extremely clean and thorough. Kelly stayed much later to go over everything with us. Exceptional in every way!!

John was on-time, honest, thorough, and took the time to explain how my boiler worked and how the problem could’ve been prevented. His pricing is also fair (which is a hard thing to come by in winter)! I will bring my future heating and cooling needs to Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning and highly recommend them.
