Found the same part for 1/4 of the total price elsewhere and they refused to cancel my order. The customer service is as terrible as their return policy which would make me pay shipping both ways equaling the cost of the part itself. They flat out told me their going to keep my card on hold until I receive something I don’t want so I have to use their awful return policy!!

Repairclinic gave me an incorrect tracking number and promised to call me back within 48 hours when my shipment was delayed but they never did. Item arrived over a week late. I tried to do a return and they said they would have the shipping company pick it up the next day. It's been sitting on my porch daily for a week, and nobody has come to pick it up so they won't refund my fee. I found a local shop with the part and was able to pick it up same day. Price was only $10 more than repair clinic. Worth paying the extra to avoid dealing with repairclinic again.

I had ordered a part for my washing machine. Literally was delivered the next day and the suspension rods worked! Never buy the ones on Amazon and buy them from here! I promise you that it was a life saver! I thought i had to get a new washing machine! Definitely highly recommend this site/company! They are truly amazing!

Update-
While my initial experience with Ben in customer service was terrible, the company did the right thing and made up for it! His manager was very polite and professional, resolving the matter quickly and reasonably. They offer great services and should be compensated for the additional costs of 24/7 customer service and the many videos they put out, just be aware that is part of the price match guarantee.

I’m grateful for their support after a little bit of conflict.

I just had a “customer service” experience with Ben. What an absolute joke. The guy was flat out rude and provided no service whatever, then proceeded to argue with me about my claim that someone else offered a lower price.

Their parts are modestly priced, but the price match has a long description that says the competitor must provide 24/7 service.

I’m not upset about this company so much, but Ben has to go.

Super disappointed, I ordered a gas stove glass door but it's way too big. Before purchasing, I called numerous times to make sure that it was the correct one even though it was the same brand.
Now, to return it, I have to pay for the shipping again, and be insured. It was an absolute waste of my time, energy, and money. The name is very deceiving. Repair Clinic one would think maybe they know what they are doing. Nope! They don’t.

Waste of time. I used the Repair Clinic's own website to select the part I needed and they sent the wrong part. When I called to order the correct part and return the wrong one and was told it was my fault for ordering the wrong part and I'd have to pay shipping because I didn't do my homework before ordering. I did research it. I used their catalog. Canceled my order, found the washer part I needed and I'll never deal with them again. Never heard of a successful company that blames the customer for using the company's website.

Great youtube videos for taking apart dryers. Was able to get the entire thing completely cleaned out, and cleaned all the blower motor blades, so now it's just PUMPING air out the back. Plenty of pressure to get the moisture all the way up and out of the roof.

Be aware your appliance might take 2 control board which would make it better to buy a new or used unit instead of trying to repair. Once you plug it in the control board is yours. They have no ability to retest the units to see if it was bad out of the box. Not very helpful.

I order a part for my KitchenAid range back in December with the assumption it would be shipped within 5 days. Here I am on March 23 with not part. I contacted service and got a smug man on the other end. If you want the part in a timely fashion call don't order it on line. It is misleading.
