We called the number for the Canton, Michigan store. After waiting 33 minutes a younger sounding guy answered. I told him what I needed by providing the part number found on RepairClinic's webpage. I took a photo of the actual nomenclature plate on the back of the MAYTAG washer in question. The guy said that wasn't a MAYTAG model number. I explained several times it's the number on the plate located ON the machine. I asked what should a MAYTAG model number start with if not the letter 'A'? he answered with; "How should I know, I'm not MAYTAG?" He finally said "OK" as if to say "if you say so." I offered to text him the photo. After going back and forth he said it was indeed the correct number. We asked what the return policy was and if there is a restocking fee should it not work (for whatever silly reason). His response; "Why do you need to know that?" Really? That's his answer? I got a bit angry and he then said there's no restocking fee and the part can be returned up to 365 days later (?). All in all, I won't use RepairClinic ever if that's what they use for and call customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! All the correct model information was given yet I received the wrong parts and they refuse to refund my shipping cost. I even paid more for faster shipping so I would have the parts in time for the weekend. Attached are pictures showing the incorrect parts that were sent to me. The friction ring was too small and the slide shoes were not even close to the right size. I provided the same information to my local hardware store and was given the correct parts. This leads me to believe it was a mistake within your warehouse and I had the wrong parts shipped to me. Aaron in customer service was very pissy and unpleasant to deal with, said it was their suppliers fault and not Repair Clinic’s problem. I requested to at the very least please make an update somewhere so nobody else has to go thru this. As a homeowner ripping apart your snowblower only to find you had the wrong parts sent with a driveway full of snow and a closed hardware store is not fun and not something I would wish on anybody. I told Aaron to talk to his supervisor and contact me with a verdict but I never heard anything. You just lost a customer for life and I will warn everyone I know to never use you!

UPDATE: After them seeing my Facebook review and discussion among supervisors they have refunded me my shipping cost. Still a ridiculous battle to try and win to get my money back for something that was not my fault. But they did come thru so I will give them 2 stars and maybe consider using them again in the future.

The Part for my furnace came the next day! The recent cold front and snow was heading my way!
With a prayer and a screwdriver I replaced the relay board, turned the furnace on, and it worked!
No HVAC experience at all!
You guys are awesome!!

Ship date now has been pushed back twice on a high limit thermostat. The latest ship date was scheduled for yesterday so I’m assuming another delay occurred since I was given no updated shipping information. The part was around $9 but $22 after shipping.. Why am I paying that much for shipping when two 25 cent stamps would have gotten it here by now? I did question CS on why it’s taking so long and why I’m paying so much shipping for a part that weighs 62 grams. I was met with “We can cancel it if you want” Maybe if they were the ones taking cold showers for a month they’d be a bit more eager to get the part to me.

I ordered a replacement front panel for my dishwasher. I specified to the customer service representative on the phone that I needed a stainless steel replacement panel. I was sent the wrong item. I called in order to get it switched and I have now been sent the wrong item again. And because of the incompetent employees on the phone I have to be inconvenienced and must drive to their warehouse in order ti get refunded. Horrible customer service, will never order from them again.

Tried to fix a dishwasher. I thought i knew the issue. Unfortunately i bought 2 parts and the problem wasn't fixed. C.s. was no help and really wasn't about trying. It was no return if you used the part. I put the part on and realized it wasn't going to work. Nvr used it except for install. Oh well. Don't use this company. If everyone stopped dealing w poor business service they would have more consumer friendly policies. Instead, we get business that thinks your here to help them.

Worse company ever to deal with!!! Sent parts to the wrong address. Found part cheaper through Home Depot. Want me to pay return shipping. Customer service is horrible
