The worst experience ever. I decided to purchase some parts from this lame excuse of a company because they were local to me and thought i would receive the parts faster and I would support a local company. Guess I was wrong. I ordered three parts. Two of the three parts that were flat parts showed up a in a big box as you can see in one of the pictures. The third part did not show up for a week later in a bag. And of course this part was not flat. And as you can see in the picture it was broken. So I called repair clinic up after waiting on line for 30 minutes to get through, and they said they would ship out another part the same day. This was on Friday. I was told I would have it the next day. Five days later it showed up. Again in a plastic bag. Thank god this one was not broken. The costumer service is horrible. For $4.00 more I will buy the parts from ebay next time.

I ordered a set of dishwasher rack that were said to be in stock in May 2022. When the racks were due to arrive, Repair Clinic sent an email that the order would be delayed a couple of weeks. Then another email, and another and another. So after 7 months I still do not have the racks. So this was a classic get the order and never deliver. I will not use the Repair Clinic again - can’t believe them.

Terrible Return Policy. They refused to pay return shipping saying it was my fault ordering the wrong item even though their website lists the correct part as not compatible with my fridge.

Terrible service. Shipped our part to the wrong address and refused to help us or send a new part to us. We were told we better not not dispute this through PayPal because I quote "I know what happens when people do that" . Again what a horrible company to deal with.

Last 2 times calling in had to wait 15 and 20 minutes on hold till i could talk to someone. This is unacceptable service. Also it sounds like a boiler room and seems like im not talking to anyone in the US. Long time customer shopping elsewhere. Use to have excellent wait times and service. Now, it seems like representative could care less. Too bad. Great response. Didnt make order and never will again. Blah blah blah. Dont change your customer service and you will be out of business soon. Not sure what badly changed with this company but just not the same.

Wanted 3 months for a product and still hasn't been delivered. I see why they have such bad reviews now as this has turned into complete ignorance of the customers. Ignore their generic replies because it allows them to beat around the bush all over again.

UPDATE
The reply was not valid as there was zero communication on whether the part was on backorder or not. 3 months and no return emails for phone calls for the business. Customer service is non-existence and they did not ship the part until I reported them to the BBB. After I sent the complaint, I magically got an email from the business 5 minutes later. There's no coincidence there.

When our Samsung dryer breaks down (which is often!), Repair Clinic always has the parts and will overnight them to me if I need the parts that fast. Great service, I highly recommend Repair Clinic!!
