We had ceiling fans out in the bathrooms and electrical work done. Eric was very polite and responsive. The work was on a task list that was checked and confirmed. I am very happy with the work completed.

JT is awesome! I kept asking more questions and he answered all of them…. He ended up installing something I hadn’t asked for and I look forward to scheduling the next piece of work!

I use Cotti-Johnson to service my AC/Heater and electrical systems. They are very professional and thorough. Their cotti-care plan I find to be a great value. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions I had, and they don't try to sell you services/upgrades you don't need. Would highly recommend!
