Quick, easy repair that cost a lot less than I was expecting. Aaron Andrews was kind and informative. I’m scheduling my yearly maintenance that I should have been doing years ago. Thank you Cotti-Johnson HVAC!

Cotti-Johnson were very responsive and were able to send a technician right away. Daniel diagnosed and repaired the problem. He did a great job explaining exactly what was wrong with my wiring and what needed to be done to fix it.

JT did various electrical fixes and upgrades including updating and replacing GCFI fixtures, two bath fans, ceiling lighting in the closet and basement, and repaired two out door outlets. JT provided amazing, professional service! He was on time, professional, clean! JT was great! He provide clear estimates for the work, gave options and made sure to walk through the installation(s) to make sure I understood what he was doing and that it was to our liking. JT is highly recommended! The projects he completed for me were worth the price. He was able to do all the work in one day too! Thank you

Josh was excellent! He came to repair a broken pipe on my bathroom sink. He did a brief inspection on other plumbing items and make some good recommendations.

Had an appointment for three weeks and had to take time off work for a 1-4pm window. Got a call at 2:30 informing they could not make it and could only schedule me out for another three weeks.

Aaron was amazing! He was on time, and he explained everything he was going to do before he did anything. He did great work, left the space clean after, and was very professional and friendly. I'd definitely recommend to family and friends!

Daniel reviewed my smoke detectors carefully, and clearly described three approaches with pricing to replace them. I was very satisfied with his approach.

I had Brian from Cotti-Johnson out today to do a survey for an electric vehicle charger installation that will be a bit complicated. Brian was extremely communicative before the appointment, flexible with scheduling options, and quite helpful during the survey visit. While I haven't yet received the estimate, so far I have been very impressed. I'll update this review once the work has been completed.

Stacey in dispatch and JT the technician were both excellent. JT came promptly and was able to help in an emergency after a pipe burst one floor above me causing significant electrical damage. Thank God for them!

heating system is now completed working perfect, all work is neat and secure, very professional quality, air conditioning unit 95% done all work looks secure and professional quality. NEW= That above was yesterday today they were back finished all electrical and piping from AC unit, everything secure, neat in appearance, quality work from skilled tradesmen. New= came back to upstart the AC unit with warm weather, everything check out all test were good unit ran quiet.
