Josh arrived on time for the job. He was personable and pleasant. Josh disconnected and removed the kitchen sink. He also gave me an estimate for some plumbing work that I will need done in the near future. I am pleased with the service.

We swapped out our old light/exhaust fan in our bathroom for a new one. The job was done very well, and they cleaned up so well you'd never know an installation took place. Very pleased.

Daniel has done work for us several times. He has done many jobs for including, Electrical outlets installed and updated old outlets. Installed ceiling lights and light/fan combos. Wiring for entire kitchen renovation. Installed new basement work table light. Installed a thermostat. Daniel was good at presenting and explaining possible options. We recommend Daniel!

Sean & Tony did an excellent job! We received two estimates for our furnace repair & replacement. They were very thorough & we will be using them to do the work.

It was a good experience to work with this company from the start to finish. The people in the administrative office, Erin and Mel, guided me thru the initial steps of setting up an appointment with the engineer who would come to my home and assess my heating needs. The engineer Marc, listened to my concerns and clearly explained and provided a written copy of the options and stages, if I choose, for replacing my 30 year old heating system. He was readily available by e-mail, text or phone to answer any additional questions. The work group who came to install the heating system were prompt and diligent in their work. They, Bryant, Dave, Sam, and Pat seemed to have excellent coordination of their work together. Before leaving, they explained each part of the heating system, much of which was different from what I was familiar with with regards to heating systems. They also cleaned up all debris and left the place as they found it. I was welcomed to call with any questions I may come up with later. I feel confident that I can rely on the Cotti-Johnson team for any additional answers and work in the future.

Eric and Ashley were so professional and friendly they explained installation of my two chandelieres to me with detail and their work is impeccable and timely. They went above and beyond implementing an added deed of matching the hardware for my product. Outstanding customer service there🙂 In the finalization of work they cleaned the packing up and left my home pristine. I am delighted with my new chandelieres . They're perfect! Because of both Eric and Ashley's excellent service I added Cotti-Johnson Electric into my new contacts and they are my go to for all my electrical needs.
