HVAC:
I would like to give a shout out to Chris Buckly and to Cotti-Johnson for hiring him. We needed to have our HVAC checked out as we have not done any maintenance or preventative maintenance on our entire HVAC system since we bought our condo 4 and 1/2 years ago. Chris did a thorough check and made certain our unit was up to snuff. There just are not enough accolades to describe his professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend Cotti-Johnson for any HVAC and/or plumbing needs you made need.

There are not enough accolades in the English dictionary to describe just how fantastic Joshua Emory is.

The Reader's Digest version is what was supposed to be a simple water shut off, valve replacement, and faucet installation turned out to be a problem from hell at every turn. Josh handled every problem as though it was second hand to him. He is most definitely the quintessential professional! He is the very definition of customer service and satisfaction.

The Transfer switch for a Generac generator failed I was pretty sure from a surge I had guessed and that was correct. As the only power had been the generator, the service man switched to line and has ordered the necessary parts, plus a surge protector, which wasn't part of the original installation by others.

Service man was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and efficient. I'd recommend highly.

My heartfelt gratitude to Eric, Sam, Chris, Brian, and Bryant for such tremendous and conscientious work. Everything was meticulous, and you took the time to walk me through every single detail. I was a bit overwhelmed by the enormity of this project but you guys eased my worries from the getco. So glad I went with Cotti-Johnson. I know I'm taken care of.

The electrician found loose connections on the circuit breaker. He tightened and reset it. Checked other devices for loose connection and found none. He did recommend having the circuit breaker replaced if constant problems arise. I was very satisfied with the service.

The gentleman that took care of us was very respectful and knowledgeable. It took them practically all day, but they did not give up on us and made sure we had our heart again. Highly recommend.

We have 2 electric vehicles and our home charger was malfunctioning. Cotti-Johnson did a diagnostic visit and a visit to install a new charger. Great people, easy to work with, very fair pricing and excellent service.

Could not get a local electrician to even answer my calls. JT from Cotti-Johnson showed up the next day. Very friendly and professional. He explained the problem to me and what he would have to do to fix it. Usually I try to get several quotes, but JT was so responsive and professional I was glad to pay the asking price.
