JT came to do some basic electrical work and install a ceiling fan. He arrived ahead of time, was very friendly and pleasant, and did great work. Pricing seemed reasonable and everything was done quickly and properly.

I just had a Daikin mini split with heat pump installed at my house. It was scheduled for after the Fourth of July. Mel from the office called and was able to have this done way before the schedules date which was awesome. The installers Bryant and Zack showed up ahead of schedule started at 7AM and worked in the rain. Bryant explained everything that was happening every step of the way.
When the electrician showed up he was very professional and did a very professional job from start to finish and even helped Bryant and his partner clean up. He even vacuumed the whole living room and explained what he did.
I used Cotti- Johnson to replace my central air on the second floor and a few years ago and I also use the commercial side for my business.
Can’t go wrong at all with this company.

Chris was fantastic! Very professional and happy to answer any questions that I had. He was able to get to the bottom of the issue within a few minutes and checked out my outdoor AC unit to make sure that things were in operating order. I will doing business again with this company. Great people and incredible customer service.

Our furnace broke and was slowly leaking. I called Cotti Johnson and they came out the next day. They explained everything thoroughly and were super friendly. We had an appointment for repair set up within 72 hours. Bryant and Aaron were our technicians and they could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. My kids were home and they were extremely nice to them as well. Eric was also amazing. Everyone was very efficient, and professional. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Furnace system works great and was up and running in no time!

Daniel did a great job of assessing our issue and then offering clear options for potential fixes. He also called his supervisor for me to discuss payment plans during the consult which was super helpful. Very professional and transparent about every thing he was doing and suggesting. We will definitely use them again for work around our house!

Excellent service for electrician. Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Dispatch cost was pricey, whoever, given the long weekend, this is understandable. Overall would definitely recommend.

Each of the Cotti-Johnson people I worked with, from the initial design phase through the system installation, was professional, efficient, responsive and personable. The team took the time to answer all of my questions, updated me frequently throughout the job and worked with me to ensure that I was disrupted as little as possible during the installation. I highly recommend Cotti-Johnson!

I am completely outraged with this service.
I called them to have my furnace tune up done before winter. Two technicians came out and started working on my furnace.
After they completed the service they addressed some issues they found with the system that were not critical.
Their "thorough" inspection of the system also included checking the pressure relief valve, which they stated to be "in good shape".
After reinspecting their work I found that the pressure relief valve was completely stuck frozen shut!?
THEY HADN'T CHECKED IT AT ALL
I can't believe both technicians completely disregarded checking a VERY IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURE!
And then they lied in their work report stating that the "relief valve is in good condition".
Their negligence came at the cost of my safety because a stuck closed relief valve could have led to a DEADLY EXPLOSION!

I called an actual diligent plumber who replaced the relief valve for me. He was in shock that the Cotti Johnson technicians were so careless!

If you had work done by these guys make sure you get a real plumber to check their work! I warned you.

Tim D. , was very polite, friendly and professional. He replaced an attic fan for me. He is also going to another big job for me in the near future. I was very impressed with his picture and his bio via txt before his arrival. It made me feel much more comfortable on our first meeting. I highly recommend Tim!
