Helped my Nana out of a pretty dangerous situation where one of her baseboards wouldn't turn off. Her English isn't great but even she said what a good job Dan did and how nice of a technician he is. Fixed the problem after a few hours. Highly recommended

Josh was very professional. He answered all our questions and did an excellent job fixing our kitchen sink…… we will recommend their service to whoever needs ….. plumbing job done .

Timothy was very knowledgeable about the electrical field. He told you up front what conditions were bad and others that were ok but should be replaced in the future. He was open to any questions you may have and made sure you understood all aspects of the job to be completed. Extremely approachable and with a small or laghter to make you feel at home !!!

Good work, efficient but quite pricey. It is so hard to get workers that I sort of felt trapped and paid, just to get it done. Would only recommend to others with that caveat, that it seemed very expensive.

I like Cotti-Johnson because they give you good value for their services, very professional and polite. They give a discount to veterans for their service. I certainly would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us good, better, best options for our electrical repair, and took the time to explain everything in lay men’s terms. We’ll definitely hire Cotti-Johnson in the future for any electrical needs!

Cotti is a great company to work with. Luann is amazing to deal with for scheduling and billing. They sent out Rafal as a tech. Very thorough. Fixed my AC leak. Made sure it worked properly before leaving. Great tech. Will be using Cotti for all my needs moving forward.

When explaining the situation, Daniel was attentive and offered different solutions for our problem.

He worked efficiently and asked how I wanted things set up as he worked.

The service was great and pretty affordable. When he was done, he cleaned up thoroughly and showed us all that was down. He asked if we had questions and gave us clear explanations.

Definitely worth it to have them come out and will be using them again.

We had Matt and his crew replace our electrical panel and add backup generator feature. They did a very good job and were polite and professional. Would highly reccommend.
