Had an issue with a loose outlet wire that caused downstream issues with other lighting. Posted on Angie and Cotti - Johnson responded right away and sent Daniel King. He diagnosed the issue, explained it, did a full safety check of the house. We discussed other future options to improve the safety and performance of my electrical system. Excellent, excellent service with reasonable pricing. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and recommend to anyone needing project or repair work.

Daniel stopped by to check out a few concerns we were having about the electrical wiring in our bathroom and a breaker that kept turning off. He was extremely kind and considerate while I was working from home, and was willing to explain the problem in detail which I appreciated. It was also very nice that he vacuumed the area after having to shake some outlets out of dry wall.

On top of that I really appreciated that they sent a photo of the person coming to your house beforehand, and that Daniel called a half hour before arrival. He also followed-up with detailed invoices and estimates after the appointment. Would definitely hire them again.

Dan was extremely professional and and knowledgeable. Dan resolved all our electrical issues and established a great plan for our EV charger installation.

They were able to schedule my service call quickly. JT and Eric were pleasant and professional. While the work needed, required another visit, they were able to schedule it just a few days later. Not cheap, but reasonable.
