McNiff Plumbing and Heating

Finishing up the 2nd heating season with the new furnace Sean installed. Sean's prices were very reasonable and the work was done quickly. His piping is a work of art. Had some noise this winter which he resolved quickly. Two years of data now, gas usage down 20%, electric usage also down. Good investment, good service from Sean, recommended.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Sean and his associate, Sal, arrived on time and very polite and professional. They came in, swapped out my water heater and were out in a short amount of time. Left no mess behind. I've got a few plumbing jobs I need done in the future and I am definitely calling McNiff Plumbing again! Thanks, guys!!

We hadn't need a plumber in years but found a leaking pipe in the basement on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning McNiff Plumbing and Heating was recommended. Sean and his colleague arrived Monday afternoon just when they said they would, were very professional and efficient. No more leaking pipe but we know who to call if we need a plumber again.

About a month ago Sean and his crew did an amazing job replacing my near death boiler with a Slick New Efficient Viessmann and Viessmann Indirect water heater. I had expressed concerns about expansion in the future, as the house is new to me and I am not sure how I might want the heating zones in the future; to accommodate this and alleviate my concerns, Sean fully set the system up with two additional future zones that can easily be tapped into.
I can recommend McNiff to anyone without concern, he did fantastic job at a reasonable price.

Sean and his colleague did an excellent job at our house. This is the second time I have hired McNiff Plumbing. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism were noteworthy. Price charged was very fair. There is a reason he has excellent reviews across the board.

I have used McNiff plumbing a few times in my old house and now in our new to us 1920’s house. Sean is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We are even to the point where we just give him the code to our house, we trust him. His prices are good and his services is great.

I wish I had called Sean a few years ago.

Recently had Sean from McNiff Plumbing and Heating renovate our entire bathroom - Sean replaced the vanity, tub and toilet; in addition to upgrading our water lines, all in a single days work, with the upmost quality towards craftsmanship, expertise knowledge, staffing, and a overall affordable rate that was extremely reasonable, when compared to other quotes we received from plumbing companies in the surrounding Worcester county area. Fantastic job! Talk about fast. I was thinking maybe a couple of days. All done in 3 hours. Shaun had to open up a wall and replace a cracked pipe. I would certainly use McNiff Plumbing and Heating for my future needs. I had a list of things that had to be done and all were completed and extremely neat. Cost was well within budget.

He made me feel comfortable as he was very professional and explained the process and cost to me upfront. The job was done on time and at the price we discussed.
