My old water heater broke and flooded. I called Sean from McNiff Plumbing and he answered, scheduled me for the day and showed up very quickly. He installed a new water heater quickly and answered all my questions. The price was very fair and lower than any other quotes I got. I highly recommend McNiff Plumbing and will definitely be using them in the future.

When things got rearranged for our counters, Sean was flexible, worked with us, and was great! He hooked up our new sink- not an easy job the way our pipes were, spent the extra time needed to do am amazing job. This was the second time we hired him and I absolutely would again. Highly recommend him if you need a good, honest plumber.

I am impressed with the service I received from McNiff Plumbing and Heating. I needed to install a Tankless Gas Water Heater. They were prompt coming in to do an assessment. They suggested a few things I could do to save on the cost of installation which was very helpful to me. I got my written estimate just a few hours later in the email.
They did a great job on the installation, they were on time, had in-depth knowledge of what there were doing and completed the installation in a few hours. They even call you back after a few days to check on how the system is performing and if you have encountered any issues. They are highly professional and did an outstanding job overall.

Sean recently replaced the corroded main line in my house. He was extremely professional and easy going in all of our interactions and his communication skills from our initial conversation until the completion of the work were amazing. He and his coworker Dakota did an excellent job in doing exactly as promised, in the time agreed upon and for a great price. I appreciate Sean’s integrity and professionalism and will be using him again in the future.

I moved into the area recently and have been diligently calling around trying to find a reliable and knowledgeable person to get some work done in our old house. From the moment we started working with Sean, we knew he was the real deal. He practically saved our life! (Seriously.)

The first time we called him was on a Saturday for a minor concern about a pilot light that wouldn't turn on. He was busy but he gave us some recommendations over the phone for a quick solve that saved us so much time and money (it was free lol) that we were sure to call him again for our next project.

The second time we asked him to check on our old boiler. He was very well organized with his schedule and was able to follow up with me quickly to tell me the day and time he could come out. I work from home and I'm often in and out of meetings, so reliability with time is crucial. In my experience, he'll be there when he says he'll be there. If his arrival will stray from the original plan, he is sure to give you plenty of notice.

When he arrived, it turned out that the boiler was leaking gas for who knows how many weeks! He quickly solved it and he left us feeling 100% safe in our own home. I can't tell you how grateful our family was that he was there.

The third time we asked him to repair some leaks in the pipes that lead to our baseboard heaters and he was able to find another leak we hadn't even noticed. Luckily, he was able to resolve it quickly with very little increase in labor and materials. And if you need any more sugar on top, he left the space absolutely spotless.

All in all, this guy is awesome and worth every penny. He's reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and, to make things even better, he's an absolute pleasure to work with as a person! For a new homeowner it can feel like it's costing a pretty penny because of all the projects we need to get done, but I've gotten guys that come in, give me a "reasonable" quote and then I either can't get ahold of them again or they give me wishy-washy responses about the scope of work and I'm left feeling like I've been played. With Sean, I know what I'm getting, and what I'm getting is THE BEST.

We were so happy with this company. Sean was prompt, professional and extremely competent. He repaired two toilets, and replaced two faucets, and was able to recommend another (also prompt & reliable) company for a related job for which he didn't have the right equipment. He explained exactly what he was doing and why, and his rates were fair. The three plumbers we called before him never called us back, but now my faith has been restored! Thank you!!!
