Not a career or a steady job. Management has no idea of what's going on or know anything about the equipment or how to run a job. Always change in direction. They do not listen to there employees when they r trying to speak up and give a better idea from experience because they have NONE.... they run there good employees off for no reason and dont let you say a word to defend yourself.
