Blackstone Valley Plumbing and Heating

It's winter, freezing temperatures below 30°F and the hot water heater/heating system boiler failed. This company is literally actmross the street from the confo They responded quickly, came to inspect the job, but could not schedule the job right away because they were booked solid. It's below freezing temperature. So we used an electric heater to keep warm. There was nothing they could do. They e were booked solid. 4 days is a long time to deal with this type of situation. Anyways, our turn came,
And the job was done in one day, and the heat and the new system was installed. The hot water is working again, and the heat is running fine. They warrantee their work, & the unit comes with one as well, from the manufacturer. The company seems very competent. The only suggestion I would make is that they need to hire more help... thank you for getting us back up and running!

Brad installed a brand new high efficiency boiler with an indirect water heater. He took the time to install everything in a clean and well organized matter. See the attached pictures of the final product.

I first contacted Brad at Blackstone Valley several years ago regarding a problems with a relatively new boiler. I just picked him off the internet without any background knowledge. Brad assessed the problem, which was complex, and completely solved it -several other plumbers and the manufacturer's rep had been unable to do so up to that point. He's a bright guy with a wealth of knowledge and good analytical skills. His fee was more than fair. A couple of days ago I contact Brad again when my hot water heater died. He responded quickly to my call and now two days later I have a new unit. I trust his judgement and wouldn't hesitate to have him back for future problems. He has my strongest possible recommendation.

Woke up to no heat Saturday March 21. Fearing colder weather to come
Called Blackstone Valley Plumbing and Heating. Spoke with Brad who told me he was able to come right away. He quickly fixed the problem, had the part on hand and was willing to rush to get the part if he didn't have it on the truck. Brad is very professional and knowledgeable. I was so grateful to have the heat back.

Brad is knowledgeable, meticulous, prompt, efficient. (Even his estimates and invoices are down to the penny!) I was looking for a plumber who genuinely knows how to repair and maintain old steam heating systems the way these heating systems were originally designed by the old-timers. I discovered BVP on a home renovation website. Brad expertly serviced my newer steam boiler, assessed the old steel steam piping and original cast iron radiators. He is patient, will answer any questions, explains the reasoning behind the repairs he makes.

I called because I had no heat. Just took his number off the web. Brad showed up within a half hour. Extremely reasonable. Do to the fact that it was a emergency call and he treated me like I was a regular customer. If I need boiler service again I will definitely call him first. Bob Alex a happy customer.

Water heater failed. Called several companies. This one showed up quickly and evaluated the situation. Gave me a very reasonable and accurate estimate, showed up on-time for the installation, overall friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend this business for all you plumbing needs.

Called on a Saturday, came by my house within 2hrs as promised, diagnosed the problem, replaced the necessary parts - had the heat back on in a jiffy!
