CC Temp Control did a great job installing my ductless heating & AC system. Fredy was the lead technician on the job and he always kept me up to date on what was happening. The team arrived on time, let me know when they were leaving and when they would return. They left my home as clean as it was when they arrived and each technician was professional and courteous. Katie was extremely helpful when it came to making sure the Mass Save paperwork was completed. Overall, it was a great experience.

Jason Bouchard installed three new thermostats and did so professionally, with quality and in a very efficient manner. He explained the two different types of thermostat to me and how to maintain them. C and C Temp Control responded to my request for a quote, provided a written contract explaining the price and made a prompt appointment time. Jason was right on time for the appointment and conducted himself in a friendly professional manner. I will continue to highly recommend C and C Temp Control to my family and friends. I just had Tommy and Alex install mini splits at my residence. They were neat friendly and courteous. I use C&C professionally also and it is always the same. Highly recommended both personally and from a business side.

One of the greatest HVAC system around Worcester area. I like the fact that when giving me a quote they actually stopped and listen what where my concerns and what I wanted for my house as opposed to other companies that try to impose their design on you. They gave me multiple options and let me choose what best fit my needs. When it comes to the installation Ben and Jared was great they took the time to answer all my question and concerns and they addressed all the concerns I had right there on the spot. If you are looking to install or replace you HVAC system I would say give this company a call before making your final decision. They installed my new central air system, which I thought wasn’t possible at my house, and I also used them to replace my oil tank.

We had C and C Temp Control repair a leaking relief valve at our home in Shrewsbury. I think by the time I called for service it had actually failed. Nonetheless, they scheduled an appointment for the next day & repaired it quickly.

From my first contact with the office staff to the last day walk through of my newly installed AC system, I was greatly impressed with the whole process. Leah in the office was always helpful and pleasant, Kris did the initial walk through giving me many helpful suggestions, and Jared and Ben were super competent and efficient installers who went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with every tiny detail of the process. We HIGHLY recommend this company for their professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction!

Would give zero stars if it were possible. They came in to fix my ac and was very unprofessional he threw his tools on my freezer and scratched the top of it . Would not even answer my questions he was so rude. I would never use this company again.

I hired C&C to install a hybrid water heater and remove my indirect water heater because I wanted my oil system gone. The techs were excellent and professional and answered every question I had. They even explained why they couldn't legally set my water temp at the same temp as my old one due to codes being 130° max allowance. My old tank gave me 160° water, which is extremely dangerous. I have a different company removing my old systems but they refused to disconnect the boiler from the piping system. So I asked C&C if they could disconnect my boiler for me at no charge, because I already paid for the water heater. I was politely told that I'd have to pay for any additional work due to it not being part of the water heater install, which is accurate. I feel as though the company I hired to remove my boiler is responsible for disconnecting the boiler and not C&C who installed the water heater. I should have realized that extra work means an extra charge, even though I've paid for other projects, those werent apart of this project. C&C has been nothing but honest and fair from day one! I highly recommend this company!
