McNiff Plumbing and Heating is a great company to call when you have a plumbing issue of any type. Sean always answers the phone and makes every effort to arrange a time to take care of your plumbing issue quickly. I've used this company before for my water tank replacement. He and his employees consistently provide excellent customer service. I'll continue to call him for any future plumbing issues.

Sean called the morning of our appointment and gave me a 1 hour time window and arrived at the very beginning of that. He was polite and professional. He work was clean and prices very fair. I’d use McNiff plumbing again without hesitation.

I truly apprecitated McNiff responding as this was and emergency request. The communication on when they would arrive was good as well. The work that they did was thorough and now everything is working well and they took extra steps to make sure the job was done the right vs what was done before and anyone would appreciate that!!! Sean is our new go-to plumber. We contacted him to repair a handful of plumbing issues we had at home and he fixed everything on the day he came to our house. Sean is reliable, responsive, fair and professional. I highly recommend contacting him for any of your plumbing/heating needs.

We had Sean come over for a pipe that had a hole in it. He fixed that straightaway, then we had another leak. He was able to come take care of that pipe, too (old pipes). He had to cut a hole through our bathroom wall to access the pipes, but did a nice job, was careful, and cleaned up after himself. He was very upfront about everything, what he might have to do if the old pipes would not cooperate, was honest, did a great job, and we would definitely hire him again.

I have to say that coming home from work to a hot water tank that had let go on a Friday night was not the best way to start off a long weekend but when I reached out to McNiff plumbing and heating, Sean was more than helpful. He explained exactly what I needed to do to make sure no more water came into the basement, explained how and what to shut off and explained next steps for service. Unfortunately it was too late to do anything so I had to wait until the morning. Sean contacted me first thing, let me know pricing and availability of the tank I needed and also advised when he would arrive. He was extremely punctual, friendly and thorough when explaining what he was going to do. I left him to do what he does best and before I knew it my tank was replaced and he was on his way. Hands down one of the best - wouldn’t think twice about calling him again and / or referring him to anyone.

Quick and responsive (unlike most plumbers we have tried to be in contact with). We had a minor leak fixed and 3 toilets replaced. They cleaned up after their work was done which is great. Since their service about 2 weeks ago, the leak appears to have been fixed and all toilets are working properly. Will definitely reach out to Sean again for any needed plumbing services.👍👍👍
