We called Sean based on reviews we saw on Home Advisor to convert our old oil heat system to natural gas. He did not disappoint. His price was very reasonable and the workmanship was top notch.

I called Sean to replace my heating & hot water system after seeing all the great reviews online. I am glad I did that. Sean is a thorough professional. He gave honest, clear and detailed estimate explaining all aspects of the job. He was very patient while we worked through the MassSave system to approve the work. He replaced the furnace, boiler, water heater, and over 45 feet of baseboard pipes in under 2 days. His work was very neat, timely and there were no issues, the entire process went as he had explained it the very first time.
I am very impressed with Sean and would recommend him for any plumbing or heating work.

Sean installed a whole-house water filtration system with UV kill. He worked efficiently and took care to explain everything before he left. And he was very polite and professional.

I contacted Sean for help with a faucet replacement because our kitchen faucet was leaking. He came at 8 AM the next day, along with coworker Dakota, to fix it. The two men were punctual, professional, and got the job done in about a half hour. I highly recommend McNiff!

We called McNiff Plumbing to install a replacement kitchen faucet and an outdoor faucet. Sean arrived within the window of time he gave us and gave us his hourly fee at that time. Always a good professional move. There were a couple of hiccups due to some existing situations, but Sean and his crew dealt with those and in the end we now have a new kitchen faucet, a new outdoor faucet and some valves and piping that needed to be replaced. And the bill was less than I expected. We'll be calling Sean McNiff again!

My water heater broke on a Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. I called 4 plumbers and Sean was the only who answered. He came out the same day to replace my water heater. He did a great job and was in and out without a mess in a half hour. Great experience, he is my go to plumber from now on.
