I met Steve many years ago after the first ice storm in Worcester. Once the power came back on my boiler wasn't producing much heat. It was about 4am, I called all the companies listed in the phone book that had 24 hour service and could only talk to answering services. I called Ideal Plumbing, Steve answered and within 90 minutes had my boiler up and working. From that point forward I use him for all my plumbing and heating needs. Last Friday my daughter's hot water tank was leaking. By noon time on Saturday she was all taken care of. I can not say enough about Steve and his service. In today's world Ideal Plumbing stands head and shoulders above the rest.

Steve is very professional and his prices are more than fair. I lost my central AC due to a leak, I decided to replace the entire system- gas furnace, ac condenser and coil. He came by on a Friday for an estimate and the new system was installed and running by Tuesday. I would highly recommend Steve!
