Sean showed up exactly when he said he would, looked at my leaking faucet and my water heater, rebuilt the first and replaced the second *all in the same visit* -- amazing. I expected to hear "Well, you need a new water heater, I'll put you on the schedule for two weeks from now..." or some such. Nope, all in one day, and he did a beautiful job. Completely professional; very high quality work.

I recently used McNiff plumbing services to replace my heating and hot water system after an unexpected malfunction. Sean was very quick to respond. He went out of his way to install the new system the very next day so I don't stay without heat. He was very professional and did the job on time. I highly recommend him

Sean was very responsive. We called on a Sunday- he answered immediately. As promised, he called us back early Monday morning and provided us with options to replace our hot water tank. He arrived a couple of hours later and installed our new tank in less than two hours. A great guy with reasonable rates, and he did an excellent job. We absolutely will call him again!

Sean just installed a new tub and shower surround for us. He did a very thorough job replacing the pipes that needed replacing, and the installation went fast. He was easy to communicate with, and fully explained some issues that he ran into, and how he was going to handle them. We will certainly hire him again the next time we need a plumber.

Sean installed a propane gas line for new fireplace. From the initial contact he was extremely responsive, adjusted as schedules of other contractors moved. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I understood all the work he was doing. I would highly recommend him and would utilize his services again.

We hired McNiff Plumbing to replace an old boiler system with a high efficiency unit. He came to give us an estimate and explained the types of systems he likes and why. He made an honest evaluation of our home's needs and didn't try to oversell us. He completed the work in one day. That night we noticed a leak. He came first thing in the morning and promptly corrected the problem.
The system works great and we had no further problems.

In a separate incident we noticed a growing water stain on a ceiling. He came within a couple of hours of our call and found a small leak in a pipe in the ceiling. Promptly fixed the leak. No further issues.

His pricing is fair and his work is good. He is professional, upfront and honest. I will continue to hire him.

I had Sean install all plumbing in our master bath renovation and some other miscellaneous projects at my house. I was very pleased with his work, the overall value of his service, and his responsiveness. To save money, we acted as our own GC for the reno. Unlike other contractors or plumbers, Sean explained what he needed in advance and was VERY responsive, often texting or calling me immediately when I called or left a VM. He was prompt, always on time, I would happily recommend him to others who want a trustworthy plumber.

Recently purchased a home that needed a few minor plumbing repairs (water supply valve, new shower drain, minor leaks, etc). Being new to the area and not knowing who to call, I decided on Sean based on his great online ratings and I'm so glad I did! He was on time, reasonably priced and did a great job. Highly recommend
