Wilson Services installed four mini-split units in our house in Florence. Gary came out several times to the house to work with us on determining the best approach (we have an older house that posed some unique challenges for mini-splits) and was very careful in explaining where the units would/should be located, the work to be done to install them, and our options for placement of the outside units. He was also very knowledgeable about the various energy efficiency differences to be obtained through different set-ups. His quote included all costs (no concerns about potential additional contracting costs or electrical costs as was the case with another quote). The installation was clean - no mess on the floors despite the rainy conditions and they cleaned up their work areas. The units fit well in the spaces and so far they have been great. His office also quickly did the work to file for the available rebates and responded quickly with the paperwork necessary to request a heat loan. All-in-all a very easy and satisfying experience.

I have used Wilson for a number of issues over the years and they have always been fast, competent, and reasonably priced. I have had them install furnace, boilers, mini-splits and servicing. They have always done the work exactly as planned and within their estimates. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Working with Wilson Services was a great experience. They were super responsive and personable on the phone. They were able to fit me into their service schedule quickly and trouble shoot my Buderus heating system issue. It was a little tricky and the owner, was able evaluate the trouble and solve the problem. Incredibly thorough, professional with great follow through. I highly recommend this company to others.

Gary Wilson was professional and responded to calls or emails promptly. He and his team did a great job installing our furnace and heat pump and has been available for questions after the work was done.

I just got off the phone with Gary Wilson the owner of Wilson's service and he was extremely helpful in educating me on the options of tank-less water heaters vs hot water tanks. He also helped me to start the diagnosis process with another issue we are having. He didn't try to "sell me" on systems without giving me the true pro's and con's. Honesty is important to me and I will definitely use this company for future work.

Gary & his staff are very professional and quick. Rebates were automatically submitted. Coordinating services with them has been always been easy and pleasant, leaving me, as homeowner and landlord, with the secure impression that I can always depend on Gary & his excellent staff.

I can't say enough about Wilson Services. We had a technician out to inspect our central air system. They sent Jason, who could not have been more professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing. What impressed me most was, he asked if we had a hose so that he could wash out our outdoor unit. We have one hose, with a nozzle attachment on it. It wasn't long enough for the job, so I removed the nozzle so Jason could add his own hose to it. Later, after I left, I went outside. Not only had Jason put the nozzle back on the hose, he wrapped it up correctly in its holder. This is remarkable because I had been storing our hose incorrectly. Jason saw what the problem was and fixed it. That wasn't part of the HVAC job. He just went out of his way to fix a problem. I was blown away. Talking about going above and beyond the job. I'll be a Wilson Services customer going forward!

Gary arrived on a freezing cold February day--just minutes after I called for help. He had a new furnace working for us 24 hours later. He was friendly, responsive and amazingly helpful. I will certainly call on him again!

We are very happy with the owner Gary and his staff. Any time there has ever been an issue with our HVAC system (which was installed by a different contractor), they have been attentive and usually will arrive immediately (within hours if not minutes.) They do good quality work and I'd recommend them.
