Gary Wilson and his technicians installed a mini split air conditioning system for us. Gary did a great job answering all our questions. He explained a lot of technical issues and did this in terms we could readily understand. Gary and his installation team were prompt, polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

Wilson Services Inc. came and saved my home from having no heat in 30 degree weather.
Here was the situation:
I have a different heating service company for my oil furnace/Boiler system and i called them to come and repair one of my zone valves that was not working properly. They came and replaced the zone vale and said I'm all set the heat is working. WELL on that note they some how managed to botch their own repair efforts, because after they left the heat stopped working. I called them the next morning and they came back said a wire was lose. Your all set now. Wrong again! I called them back and they said that it's not the boiler and advised me to call the company who installed the Mitsubishi Mini Splits, because the Mitsubishi Kumo mini splits wiring runs parallel with the original heat wires and i guess their tech couldn't figure out the problem that they caused when repairing the zone valve.
Wilson Services Inc. was the one who we choose to install the Mitsubishi Mini Splits and Kumo control back in the fall of 2019 through the MASS SAVE program.
We have had NO ISSUES with the mini splits.
Gary and his service man were essentially great and respectful of my home and Business at that time of service!
So i took the oil company's advice and called Gary at Wilson Service Inc and explained to him what was happening with the other company and Gary was right over in about half hour to check out the situation.
When Gary was here he found out that the other company had a wire glitch(a low voltage wiring) and fixed it. Not his job, But helped out his customer.
My home now has heat again!

I am so pleased with Wilson Services to install Mitsubishi Mini Splits for my home recently. Wilson Services replaced my hot water heater on very short notice. They did a great job at a good price. Gary addressed questions I had on the hot water heater and the job was completed in about an hour and a half.

Wilson's is an amazing company. It is very well run: returns calls & emails in a timely fashion; he and his staff are professional, polite, on time; detailed written proposals; will come in an emergency and address every issue. Gary Wilson has created a company with excellent and modern updated options. His company replaced our oil heat with gas, our air-conditioning system, and installed a generator. We area very happy with his work. Gary Wilson is the consummate professional with a broad knowledge of his field.

Since buying our house in 2010 we tried a few companies to service and repair our furnace and on-demand water heater. Wilson has been the best to work with by far. This winter our old furnace starting acting up and their technician was clear and helpful and had no problem showing us what was wrong. In the end we decided to replace the 15 year old furnace (it came with the house) and we're glad we did. Gary was also made sure we got the right furnace that will also work when we put on our addition this summer. Finally, he made sure we had all the paperwork lined up to get a $1,000 Mass Save rebate! They're not the cheapest in the area, but we strongly believe that we have saved in the long run by not having further issues down the road.

We have had some challenges with our heating system in our brand new home and I reached out to Wilson Services to get a 2nd opinion on some of our issues. I spoke with the owner for about 20 minutes on the phone and he offered several suggestions and things to check on. Even though he knew that we were outside his normal area, he still took the time to talk through the issue with me and offer recommendations. That level of customer service is not something one often sees in any industry, a willingness to be helpful even though there may not be an immediate payout. It just shows a clear level of professionalism and customer service. If I do require work in the near future, I certainly will be calling Gary back.

We had ductless mini-splits put in 3 rooms in our house a few years ago. About a month ago, I had them put in an Indirect Water Heater. Gary is the most responsive, prompt businessman to address questions, concerns, and estimates that I have ever experienced. His work crews are just great guys! They are so polite, professional and eager to educate their customers. The integrity of this owner and how he runs his company will keep us coming back for years to come. I hired him after thoroughly reading his website and articles. A service company that's willing to educate it's customers...has nothing to hide and can be held up to their word and work!
