We have used Wilson Services about 3 times over the years and always had a great experience. Recently we needed a new furnace installed. Wilson's was great ever step of the way. Very professional and great communication. When I had a few questions about my system after, Gary answered emails within minutes and I was always able to speak to someone via phone right away. Price was in line with others. I would highly recommend them!
Updating review: Another highest recommendation for Wilson Services. We moved into a new home with three zones heated by propane and a fireplace. It was a real challenge to get the house comfortable. Gary and his crew did a stellar job installing minisplits and a more sophisticated WIFI thermostat system. Gary walked us through the process, with the right sizing, placement and aesthetics for our new system. The workmanship is top notch. Loving our new system and ready for the winter.

March 2018 UPDATE: Once again we experienced excellent service from Gary and his team. Our second experience proved to be no less professional, knowledgeable, and friendly than our first experience about a year ago. Gary is very quick to respond to any questions that are asked and provides all the information you need to make an informed decision. Additionally, as we advanced with our decision to purchase the heat pump/cooling mini split, a couple of changes in the work were acknowledged and the originally quoted price was adjusted without our asking...so honesty is another quality you can be assured of when dealing with this business. The entire team, including sub contracted electrician, went above and beyond our expectations to complete the job in a quick and competent manner. 2017: From the first phone call requesting an estimate and information for a new boiler, we received first class assistance and workmanship. Gary & his entire team provided timely answers to our questions and explained the process in clear terms. Every step was outlined so we knew exactly what to expect, how much it would cost and how long the job would take. We had the work done in January and we remained in our house during the work period with no loss of comfort or warmth. We felt very comfortable with all the aspects of this project and would highly recommend Wilson Services to anyone that is in need of what they offer. I know we will continue to receive A-1 service from all of the people at Wilson Services, Inc.

We needed a boiler replacement in a very tight space and Gary came out, gave an estimate that day with confirmation that the new system would fit and we talked through logistics about how to access our tight space. Within one week we had our contract, prep work and installation complete - all very carefully and professionally done...Gary stayed late to make sure we understood the controls and was a real pleasure to work with. Carine at the office was great in completing the Mass Save rebate for us - we highly recommend this great group!

Wilson Services Inc. is a great company. From first contact to installation and even periodic check ins months after install, they have the best service in the Valley.

Gary (owner) is great to work with and his staff are all true professionals who do beautiful work while maintaining a clean work-space and treating our home as if it were their own.

The proposal was detailed and clearly explained all the options and benefits/drawbacks of each recommended system.

After the initial installation, the system had a few issues (manufacturer/product) that Gary worked quickly to resolve.

We installed a new Viesmann High efficiency boiler and domestic hot water that has already provided ample savings as Gary had promised it would.

If you want a company you can count on, Wilson Service is the company you should hire for your HVAC/plumbing needs.

The folks at Wilson's went the extra mile, helping me apply for and receive a substantial rebate on the mini-splits they installed. My builder never mentioned the rebate so I am grateful to Gary for letting me know about it and to Carine for helping me with the application and LOTS of follow-up. When the rebate check arrived, I shouted with joy. Very happy customer!

Wilson Services is a first-rate company for heating/cooling and plumbing needs. My ancient furnace breathed it's last shortly before Christmas and I had the good fortune to have Gary Wilson and his excellent crew provide me with a brand new furnace and water heater installed and completed within two days. Needless to say that I was happy and warm once again. They provided expert and professional service quickly while maintaing consideration and polite sensitivity to my dilemma. In all, Gary's company is a breath of fresh air in the world of contractors which is frequently difficult to navigate. Gary and his team seamlessly fit an AC system onto our existing duct work/heating in our 110yo house this summer. They also replaced the water heater, raised the furnace, and corrected some of the previous owner’s “unconventional” duct work. They were efficient and careful workers.

He’s quick to respond and very personable. Carine is lovely and on top of her game. Would definitely recommend for any HVAC or larger plumbing projects!

Gary and his entire team are fantastic. We had an old boiler, all of its pipes and all of our radiators removed and a brand new system installed. We are in the middle of gutting and renovating our home. It’s 106 years old. There is a LOT going on. It was not a simple installation as we had to work together to figure out the best way to set up the areas that are not yet renovated because once we begin renovation in those areas, he will need to come back and reset those areas. His office staff is exceptional as well. The staff that was in our home each day was professional and courteous. They always cleaned up after themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Highly recommended. Wilson Services installed mini-splits in my home. Gary and his team were meticulous, had great communication and quick response time, did a beautiful install, left the home spotless, submitted my rebates for me, and charged very fair prices.

The owner, Gary, is incredibly fast and clear in his communication. He emailed me in the evening and early in the morning to pre-diagnose the problem I had with my central AC unit. He gave me suggestions on possible issues and after a few emails he was able to tell me how to fix the problem. It worked! Nobody needed to come to my house for a repair, and he provided his advice for free. Gary's integrity and customer service is amazing.
