These folks are responsive and smart. I am so grateful that they were able to get us a new hot water heater on a whole new system fast when our heating system's life ended. This has given us time to investigate our options for the heating system this summer which we needed. Gary has been amazing at advising and making a careful assessment for our estimate.

I was drawn to Wilson Services because of the impeccable reviews and I was not disappointed. Gary and his team are knowledgeable, professional, patient, and infinitely skilled. One of the electricians who worked with him on our installation (of a mini split and heat-pump water heater) said it best: “I can tell from a distance work that is not done by Wilson Services. Their attention to detail is incredible.” No shortcuts, no high-pressure sales pitch. I recommended them without hesitation.

Wilson Services recently came out to give us a quote on a new heating cooling system in our home. I really like that Gary Wilson (the company owner) actually comes out and does the quotes himself. He is very knowledgeable and gave us a very detailed quote with tons of additional information so we could make an informed decision. Although we did not end up moving forward with the project (for reasons outside of Gary’s control) I would not hesitate to recommend Wilson Services or use them in the future. I work in the industry and can tell you they are the real deal, true professionals.

After struggling to get HVAC contractors to ever get back to me dealing with Gary was a breath of fresh air. We had him replace our old dead furnace along with installing a central heatpump and zoning system in March 2022. We've been very satisfied with the system and the quality of the install is a big step up from what the home came with.

Teamwork and excellence at its best! Wilson Services provided us with a major installation at our home. I will summarize the experience: efficient, thorough, professional. I can't say enough about the team. As Bob put it, "we treat your home the way we want ours treated." They all proved this to be true and we couldn't be happier. Gary took the time to answer all our questions before we made a decision on what route to go and he goes the extra mile onsite. He and his team display an obvious attention to high quality and he was the last to leave, answering all our final questions and ensuring we were all set with our new system.

Gary and his team are true professionals. His team performed our installation 3 years ago now and he was reasonably priced, very responsive, listened to what we were interested in and customized a plan for installing heat pumps that worked for our needs. Since then we've had to call for service two times and again he and his team were on top of it. They came out quickly to repair and everyone I've met on his team has been great. If you live in the area, Wilson Services is definitely the best around.

We were investigating the possibility of replacing our oil furnace with a heat pump system for cooling and heating. Mr Wilson, though extremely busy, visited our home, took photos and measurements, discussed the various issue with us and sent us a well considered proposal in a few days. He answered all our questions thoughtfully and frankly.
Although we decided to postpone the installation, Mr. Wilson's knowledge, care, and prompt communication gave us confidence that he would be a good choice to do the job when we are ready.

We choose Wilson to perform maintenance on our furnace every year. They do a great job and will keep choosing them as long as we need the upkeep

Thank you, Gary and the entire team at Wilsons, for being there for me when I encountered a defect with my hot water tank 4 years after the installation. These things are always so unexpected and stressful to deal with. Particularly for the installer who worked so hard initially to meet the clients’ needs. You and your team were stellar in identifying the issue and quickly locating the replacement tank and getting it installed. In these days of labor and supply shortages you went above and beyond to get the hot water tank replaced.

Gary and his team did a great job installing a heat pump for us. His price was good, he knew how to work with Mass Save to get us a hefty rebate, they were on-time, friendly, smart, efficient, and just generally went about their business like true professionals---the best you could want.
