We own a 117 year old house with an original radiator heating system along with some more modern updated radiant floor systems attached to it. Gary's crew members Leigh and Dimitri did an excellent job installing a new high efficiency boiler in the house. They are all very knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, clean and professional. They also communicate well and explain how the system works in easy to understand language. I highly recommend them for your heating system needs.

Gary and his team installed a new Bosch boiler and hot water heater for us in the winter of 2018-19 after our 36 year old boiler failed. Great responsiveness, expert, careful installation (and cleanup) and thorough explanation of the recommended equipment and available rebates. A+ experience.

Like the last review, Gary and his team installed 4 mini split units in our house in Florence. I'm very glad I choose Wilson for the job. I got quotes from two companies; while the other one was slightly lower for the same job, I appreciated that the owner (Gary) himself came out to do the initial walkthrough and quote. I asked Gary a ton of follow up questions, with over 60 emails back and forth before the job was done, and he took the time to thoroughly answer every one. During the actual install, the crew was very professional and took the time to work with me about finalizing placement of the units, etc. They cleaned up after themselves and even texted me pictures of the progress while I was at work. I was initially a little bit disappointed with the appearance of one difficult line run that had to go through a closet, so they spent a whole afternoon enclosing it and making it look great, at no added cost. Carine in the office got the rebate paperwork done the next day. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend Wilson for a larger installation - even if the price is a little bit higher than competitors.

In Feb, our furnace died. We called Wilson's and the were out that day. They got it running, but it wasn't safe to use and needed to be replaced. Monday morning Gary and his crew we're on site installing a new one. They got it running and warm by the afternoon. They were very professional and neat and clean. No messes. Gary and Carine, were very helpful with our questions on paperwork and the furnace looks and runs great. We would highly recommend Wilsons. KARL & DEB CLARK

Wilson services installed my gas furnace 4 or 5 years ago, and I was very happy with the experience. This past winter, however, my heat stopped working on a Sunday morning. But I just shot Gary an email; he called about 5 minutes later and was on site in 30. He got the furnace running quickly, free of charge no less. On a Sunday morning! I couldn't be more pleased.

My husband and I could not be more happy with the finished product of the installation of our mini-split system. Wilson Services are friendly,efficient and very quick! We are enjoying their hard work! Thank you to Gary and his team.

Gary Wilson and his team of Leigh and Dimitru were outstanding professionals and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I woke up to a startling boiler leak just before Christmas. Not a nice surprise, and the timing couldn't have been worse.

Gary was willing and able to find time to be at our house for over a week during the busiest time of the year. I couldn't be more grateful for his help; I honestly don't know what I would have done otherwise. The entire team did beautiful work.

They were mindful of cleanliness in the house, they always showed up exactly when they said they would, and they finished the very big project on schedule and precisely to budget. Gary (the owner) was on the job most of the time. And when he wasn't there, work was left in the extremely capable hands of Leigh and Dimitru.

Both Gary and Leigh took the time to explain the issues and solutions which made me feel extremely comfortable with the substantial undertaking of he project.

I had an entirely new whole-house heating and air conditioning system installed, as well as two mini-splits, this summer. It was a huge amount of work, from the initial planning and inventory stages to the running of ductwork and new thermostat wiring, to the final commissioning. Throughout the process the team was extraordinarily professional and well-informed--- they were able to work within my schedule constraints, were constantly communicative about their work, and kept the job site clean and organized. They managed all of my rebate paperwork, the permitting and sub contractors, and were a pleasure to be around. I couldn't be more satisfied, and highly recommend the company.

Thanks to Wilson Sevices- Our heating system is working perfectly!

Since purchasing our home, we've had constant troubles with our Buderus heating system... Installed by another company, the system just never worked correctly. When 4 other heating companies (including the original installation team) tried to diagnose the problem, they all left saying they had no idea what the problem was, let alone how to fix it.

Gary and his team were on point, on time, and 100% professional - from day one.

The first tech (Jason) did a thorough diagnostic, and zeroed in on the issues - a faulty mixing valve, and incorrect initial setup of the system. When he recognized that the situation was complex, he appropriately notified the owner Gary, who came later the same day to assess things for himself.

Gary did his own assessment, and then patiently went through the proper functioning of the entire system with me, and explained in clear language what the issues were. He came up with several possible ways to address each problems, and what the costs, and plus/minus of each approach might be.

About a week later, when the team (Leigh/Dimitry) came to actually do the repair, they ran into an issue with one of the parts... didn't fit! Rather than giving up, they came up with an alternative solution, checked in with Gary to ensure that it was viable and then got things working... PERFECTLY!

After years of fiddling with a faulty heating system, Gary's team fixed it in a week. Our system is now working perfectly, efficiently, and as it was originally designed.

Can't say how grateful we are to these guys. Professional, prompt, and most importantly, experts at what they do.
