Colin S was on time, friendly, professional. He cleaned my furnace and house humidifier, replaced filters, cleared hoses. The office texted appointment reminders and Colin's ETA the day of.

James was so knowledgeable, timely, and thorough in his work. He was courteous and friendly. He explained the water heater installation to me perfectly, and he even went out of his way to address and help my office with two separate issues. We will be utilizing Winters Home Services for our plumbing needs again in the future!!!

Winters and Zane are the ultimate dream team! Our water heater blew late on a Sunday night and I called the emergency number. To my surprise, someone actually picked up the phone and took down my information and had a manager call me back within 30 minutes. They put me on the schedule for first thing in the AM. Zane (the technician) showed up to my home exactly when promised and got to work to diagnose the problem and work on getting a same day replacement (despite some oddities of my 100 year old homes plumbing system). Zane was positive and proactive, and made a miserable situation much brighter and less stressful. Within 17 hours of my first call (on a Sunday night), we were back with a fully functional hot water heater.
I have been a home owner for 23 years and Winters and Zane are among the best (if not THE best) service professionals we have had work on our home. So lucky to have found them!

Called on Monday morning for a/c in the middle of a heat wave and a tech was there within 2 hours. Outstanding. Although I wasn't at home I spoke to the tech, Zane. Knowledgeable, professional, took time to explain exactly what the issues were and his plan to fix them. Also advised on the future of our a/c unit and upcoming changes that will affect it. I place a high value on customer service and we received excellent customer service from Zane & Winters. Thank you.

contractor was a little abrupt. Rather than greet my wife with a friendly good morning, it was “who makes the decisions here?”. After less than 10 seconds of viewing bathroom, said the toilet tank was cracked (i looked closely and couldnt see obvious cracks), and then he said it would be $1700. Then asked if i wanted a ‘camera sewer’. Unclear was that exactly meant, i asked what that was. He looked at me and said, “you don’t know what a sewer is?”. i know what a sewer is, but was not sure what he meant, hoping he’d explain. Just said it would be an extra $350. Contractor and his partner did complete job well, but we felt rushed for a very expensive job, with little explanation.

All I knew was that the pilot light would not stay lit. I called during lunch and someone got to me the same day. They asked about the problem and looked to find someone local. They found someone nearby and John came over that afternoon. He identified the issue noting a recall on that heater and had it fixed the same day. Great to have fast professional service.

In the past I’ve also had great quick service. So this isn’t a one off.

Winters responded to my early morning call first thing. They said they didn’t have any appointments but would ask the techs to reach out if any of them could come by. Brian reached out a little after 12 and let me know he was free and on his way after a few questions about the problem. He was able to repair the issue quickly. It was nice that he remembered us from a service late last year. I couldn’t ask for better service than what I’ve had from Winters.

My boiler was making an awful racket that could be heard two floors up. We turned it off and called Winters. They were out to check the issue within a week and able to give me choices for a solution. I chose to replace the boiler and they were able to offer me an appointment within weeks. They came on the appointed day. Replaced the boiler and had it up and running quietly in 48 hours! So nice to have this resolved before the really cold nights.

Great group of folks. They really provided a great amount of insight pertaining to my aging Burnham steam boiler. We certainly be using them again.

Maury came to estimate several different pieces of work needed for a renovation including lifting a toilet & radiators, replacement of radiator vent valves, replacing a toilet, and inspecting/re-setting several radiators in different locations in the house.
I have used Winters Home Services for over twenty years and would not consider using another plumber. The firm has well-trained, polite personal; it's standards are high; and it is responsive to its clients. I recommend it without hesitation.

Jack and Zane were very responsive. Zane looked at the old boiler we had and gave an honest assessment of it and explained to me the options available for new energy efficient boilers. I am still considering all the options but I am impressed with the professionalism and information Winters provided
