Raphael came out for an urgent visit to determine why there was some random water on my basement floor. He did a thorough job of checking it out and determined it was NOT plumbing related, which I was in agreement with due to his assessment and explanation. He also tightened up a loose kitchen faucet before he left - thank you. I am a long-time customer of Winters and I highly recommend their service and team.

Jamie and Chase are a great team and provided top notch service. They both put a high value on the quality of their work and spent an appropriate amount of time strategizing how they would best complete a task. They were meticulous but very fast. Happy to have worked with them.

When I had to cancel our initial appointment the night before, they were very understanding, flexible, and courteous. For the appointment today, they let me know when they would arrive, were on time, reviewed the issue, gave me a quote, and discussed my options. I chose not to use them because after discussion I chose not to go through with the project, but I would reach out to them again should another issue arise.

Colin was extraordinarily informative, professional and helpful. I had some questions about re-enrolling in the annual maintenance program and he answered all of them completely so that I felt comfortable renewing. They were on-time, efficient, pleasant and personable. It's so nice to do business with nice people!

Winters responded efficiently to my calls about a seriously leaking water heater. It was nerve-wracking when the water heater failed dramatically (water everywhere) so it was a huge relief to have Winters respond the situation. The plumbers who arrived, Matt and Jessie, were friendly, professional, and got right to work, while explaining everything clearly in terms I could understand. Also, they didn't just address the leak and set me up with a temporary heater, but they also helped with the water removal in the cellar. They saved the day!

I want to thank Matt who very graciously came and walked me through what he thought might be the problem. His advice was very good and professional. So far, my heat is working! I highly recommend him!

Overall a great experience. Winters had to change my appointment, and there was a little challenge with that at first, but when Angela got involved, she fixed the snafu with grace and kindness (including getting it back to the original date/time), and John arrived well within the time window, and he was effective and easy to work with. My faucet is back on track. I love Winters!

We had a pleasure of dealing with Lucas who replaced our garbage disposal and on a separate visit performed a complex plumbing work in our basement where he had to do some re-engineering by doing pipe extensions, replacing hose valves as well as water shut off valve so that our washing machine could be installed properly. He even helped dealing with the City of Boston to arrange for water shut off. Due to unforeseen circumstances (City of Boston was unable to shut off the water on time), he rearranged his entire schedule so that he could come back the next day to finish our work. No plumber I dealt with over the years would ever do any of those things. Both times Lucas went above and beyond by doing an excellent work. He was very professional, polite, patient, communicative, honest and overall a very nice person to deal with. I highly recommend this company who never made us wait too long for an appointment and Lucas in particular for plumbing services.

I am happy to say Winters Home Services is my contractor for all things plumbing heating and air conditioning since 2011. Maury was pleasant (I have never experienced anything else with Winters) and knowledgeable The problem was diagnosed and fixed as promised. They even put a window unit in my main living area while they waited for parts to come in. That's service! All plumbing comes with a hefty price but not all plumbers give you the best service for the money. I am a happy loyal Winters customer.

The water heater replacement service was fast and great, but the technician brought back a Bradford White unit to replace my AO Smith old one. I was expecting the same brand for the replacement. Also, I feel price transparency can be improved. The technician told me the old unit is under warranty and it's a "warranty swap" , so I thought I only need to pay for labor but not parts. But he said the ~$1600 I paid includes the cost of the new unit. He said he cannot provide me the breakdown cost of parts and labor.
