Maury O, did a great job! Very professional. He was willing to look at the boiler even though we only scheduled an install of a new gas range. He talked us through what was happening with the boiler, and was able to fix it with a part he had in his truck. It is hard to find really good service people these days, and Winters always delivers.

Tony was professional and knowledgeable. He gave great service and explained everything before he started and before he left. I will definitely use this company again.

Such a great experience with Winters. Our furnace and water heater both failed at the same time and they were here within an hour with several options to complete the repair. Since our repair was more of an emergency they got us on the schedule the next day and the repair was done within 24 hours of our initial call!! Lifesavers. And so kind and considerate. Highly recommend.

Our service with Maury and Winters Plumbing was prompt, professional, friendly and done in a timely manner. I scheduled a visit for a quote on various items and they were able to qoute and complete the jobs the same day. They also gave us good advice, checked existing plumbing and noted areas that we should monitor We will work with them again when we need any additional plumbing work.

We have been happy with Winters for our HVAC repair and servicing needs. Both Zane (in the past) and Colin (today) have been wonderful. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why. When they find issues, they explain what needs to be done and how urgently. Winters is a bit pricey, but for they are totally worth it.

Anthony was very kind and nice. He came on time and gave me his professional opinion after looking to see where the leak was… he also sent me a quote to my email regarding the price of replacing my faucet….. I like the idea that the $35 fee goes towards the service:) Winters receptionist was also very kind and responsive. They got back to me in a timely manner and were very good about communicating about the appointment. Thanks Winters for your responsive service.

The service was very good. I was able to get an appointment for an estimate in less than a week. The estimate was much higher than I expected but I had a narrow window for the installation. The water heater was installed that same afternoon. Tony was very professional and friendly. He did a great job with the installation. The water heater is working well. Tony's work deserves 5 stars, the price was more than double what I was expecting to pay for a new water heater.

The good: the job we initially called about (leak coming from under the toilet, and a sink that needed to be drained) was completed in a timely and professional manner.

The not so good: we were sold a few services that we thought might resolve some other problems -- toilet rebuild and pull & reset -- but unfortunately they did not help at all, because the run could not be stopped (the old flapper no longer in stock) and the toilets needed to get replaced anyways. The pricing for toilet installation/replacement did not feel competitive, especially after having paid for these extra unneeded services.

After speaking to service manager, Jamie, he acknowledged the situation and refunded us what we were charged for the unneeded services. Winters Home Services is pricey, but I definitely appreciate the quality and care they put into their customer service.

After calling 5-6 other people/companies, Winters was the only group that would respond or come to my house! after the first input call, I received a callback to schedule within a couple hours and someone came to my house the next day! He was super friendly, informative and did the work that day, with honest opinions on the service I needed so I wasn’t wasting money

When our heat went out late Fri aft on a frigid day, Winters sent over 4 large space heaters to get us thru the night till Zane could come in the morning. Zane is one of the most cheerful competent repairmen we know. I think he knows our house better than we do. Thank you Zane, and Angela in the office, for taking care of us
