Sean and Kimber helped replace my broken garbage disposal and old shut-off valves, as well as re-seal the toilet. They were able to arrive earlier than scheduled and worked efficiently, getting all the work done in less than 2.5 hours, which was impressive. The work is thorough and tidy, and both of them were very courteous and professional.

Air conditioning kept going out. We called Winters and got an appointment within a short amount of time. Zane came out he was kind courteous respectful and professional. He explained all our options for replacing our air conditioning system. We chose our option and he scheduled us for the installation of our new system. Thank you Zane for your kindness and patience and answering all of our questions. We look forward to the installation when the installation team arrives and we give Zane 10 stars! What a very nice young man and to find out we are neighbors as well. Winters new happy customers, Laura and Mary MacFadgen.

Tony was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions about the job he came out for and everything else I thought of. After walking me through the quote, he offered an alternative solution of doing nothing since my concerns wouldn't happen! It was such a relief to save that money! However, I know that if I change my mind, I will have nothing to worry about! Thank you Tony!!! I will definitely be choosing Winters for all my future plumbing needs and recommending them!

We needed emergency service on a Saturday night, and the phone dispatcher was friendly and efficient. Brian communicated with us when he was on his way and throughout the repair. We were grateful for his knowledge and effective service!

My AC did not work. The company was really responsive given the high temperature. They fit me in the schedule. Came in time, diagnosed the issue correctly, got a part and installed it and explained about the problem. They tested the system and only left when it was all working. Both Lucas and Vincent were really polite and pleasant and professional.
I would use them any time there is a need in the future and recommend this service to all my friends. Thank you very much for the great service.

Maury was amazing!! He showed up after his shift ended before heading home to service our boiler. He heard we had no heat or hot water and a small child. He was professional, informative, polite an overall great person.
This is the second time Maury has come to our rescue . I’m so grateful for him

Our water heater was old. After calling Winters, Zane showed up professionally, and quickly installed a new one for us. He gave us honest evaluation and recommendation, with cost and benefit in his mind. He was not trying to sell but help customers. We really appreciate his excellent work and will not hesitate to remommend Winters.

Zane from winter home service checked my boiler and assured me that the everything was running normal. He was very professional and didn’t try to sell any additional service. I will definitely be calling Zane in future for hvac issue.

Tony was a very nice guy. However, I should never had agreed to the pricing. $1,250 to remove old disposal and install a new one. I checked on pricing of disposals while he went to get a replacement to learn that disposals range in cost/retail from $150-$450. That means $800 for labor! Tony said it would take him 1 1/2 to 2 hours to install. Adding an hour to get the replacement totals 3 hours. That works out to $266/hr. Tony is not a plumber and my plumber - in business for 40+ years - does not charge anything close to that rate.

The second issue was drainage which Tony I think accurately attributed to the old disposal which was 20+ years old. He recommended Drains by James to address the blockage. Clearing the drain turned into a much bigger problem than anticipated due to access issues. The guy who showed up could not solve the problem and wisely called in the the group's one plumber after 30 minutes or so to find a solution. Plumber and his assistant arrived in 30 minutes and proceeded to work for 2 hours creating a different access point which required a licensed plumber. That means a total of 7 man hours one of whom, as indicated, was a plumber. Their bill was $500 which works out to an average rate of $70/hour!!!

Be wary of Winters pricing.
