Maury and John did an excellent job. 3rd time using Winters (hot water tank, heat, now AC). Customer service and responsiveness is the best I have seen in any industry.
Scheduling was easy and convenient, received a response call right away. Text reminders about the visit, photo and bio of the visit technician, they even brought and put on shoe covers when entering the house. Very professional and explained the findings and service options.
Again, top notch customer service and responsiveness, please keep up the good work!

Rafael arrived on time and was very personable he explained everything that needed to be done and the cost. We agreed and he went and got us our new water heater and installed it. He left our basement immaculate. Very professional I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a job done right at a great cost. Everyone in this company including the office are very kind and professional. We called them yesterday late afternoon and the job was completed in less than 24 hours. If I ever need Winters home services again for anything I would call them in a heartbeat!!!!!!!

Responded quickly to my call to come out and see the issue. Then returned quickly to resolve it. (I needed time to prepare for the water shutoff with my tenant) Presented me with 3 options for how to proceed and then quickly implemented the one I selected. Cleaned up when they were done. Our A/C wasn't working. They found someone to come within 2 hours of us calling which was really great since it was before a long weekend. Zane was knowledgable and very pleasant and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Overall, we were extremely happy with the experience.

I had Winters Home Services put in my new air conditioner back in 2019. I felt that I needed a tune up this passed summer. I called and made an appointment for Monday July 11. Micheal Mitramo show up and sprayed the unit and checked the condenser. He was about done but then somehow took the air conditioner off the bracket. He said that he would have to come back, but in the meantime he bolted it to the wall. The problem with this is that when I ran the air conditioner on medium or high it would shake. I called Winters and spoke with the office manager Angela on July 13 and told her my problem and we booked a Winters service for October 17th. During the call with Angela, It seemed that she was not sorry for what had happened. I told her I had to take another day off for this inconvenience. No response from Angela, not even an apology. Since I signed up for a summer winter package we made an appointment for October. Well it is October and Michael came and serviced the unit but he said he could not put the unit back on the bracket because it is too cold outside and it is very involved and will take 4 to 6 hrs. WHAT! Why would you schedule an appointment in October to put it back in the frame……knowing that the weather would be to cooler in October. It just did not make sense to me. Also to go from two hours to now four to six hours? This is an inconvenience and a waste of time for both parties. Micheal suggested making an appointment for May. I took off another day knowing that the service would be over two hours. Now to hear it will be four to six for the mistake that Micheal created from forcing the unit off the bracket. Please give me a Monday appointment in May to fix this problem that Micheal created. I feel I am being taken advantage of. He broke my unit and I just want it back to the way it was. Seasonal maintenance has made my unit worse. I will call tomorrow.

Zane and Winters were a pleasure to work with! Zane was professional, courteous, arrived early, and did an exceptional job diagnosing & repairing my complicated HVAC system. The business was great with communication, and Zane was very friendly and knowledgeable, he thoroughly explained everything to me, and enjoyed the challenge of figuring out what needed to be handled. Will absolutely be using Winters and hopefully Zane again. :)
